This modernly furnished apartment was renovated in 2007 and lies on the third floor of a building in the area of Eixample Izquierdo. Since it sleeps up to 6 people, it is an ideal choice for a family vacation or a group of friends.
The area of 87m² is distributed in 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and a closet, the other two with a single bed each.
In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, a TV and Wifi access to the internet.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary utensils you might need to prepare your meals, as well as with a mixer, an espresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a fridge with freezer, a juicer and a boiler.
The bathroom is small but functional and offers a shower and a WC.
For your safety you will be able to use the provided safe (measurements: 190x380x450) and for the little guests there is a cot, already included in the price.
The good location near the Hospital Clínic and the Paseo de Gracia will allow you to visit Gaudi’s masterpieces within a short walk. The metro station Hospital Clínic (line 5) also lies nearby.ExtrasThe check-ins from 23h will have an extra charge of 30€
Apart from this cost, for every check-in made during the day 24, 25 , 26, 31st of december and the 1st of January will have an additional cost of 30€

Wir waren mit 4 Kindern unterwegs und die Wohnung hat alles geboten was wir brauchten. Zentral gelegen mit direkter U-Bahn Anbindung. Mit dem Kontakt in Barcelona und der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles punktgenau hingehauen.

The apartment was clean. The location was ok but it could've been closer to city centre like Las Ramblas. The contact person was nice and we didn't have to wait much for him. Maybe one toilet for 4 persons was a bit problematic but otherwise everything alright at the apartment.
