This modernly furnished apartment was renovated in 2007 and lies on the third floor of a building in the area of Eixample Izquierdo. Since it sleeps up to 6 people, it is an ideal choice for a family vacation or a group of friends.
The area of 87m² is distributed in 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and a closet, the other two with a single bed each.
In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, a TV and Wifi access to the internet. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary utensils you might need to prepare your meals, as well as with a mixer, an espresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a fridge with freezer, a juicer and a boiler.
The bathroom is small but functional and offers a shower and a WC.
For your safety you will be able to use the provided safe (measurements: 190x380x450).
The good location near the Hospital Clínic and the Paseo de Gracia will allow you to visit Gaudi’s masterpieces within a short walk. The metro station Hospital Clínic (line 5) also lies nearby.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00.
Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€. Furthermore, check-in on the 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st December, and the 1st January will incur an additional charge of 30€ (these charges are cumulative).
Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
An extra cleaning service during your stay including a change of sheets and towels is available. Please consult with the owner for information about prices and times once you have made your reservation.

Spacious apartment but household leaves for good.The sheets were stained of blood!Walls not leached, were covered in traces (feet and others) the door of bathroom covered were d splashes.Very noisy with paper walls. We heard the conversation of the neighbours and especially we use their kitchens ...odours in the curious chambres.*choses cutlery n were not complete, was found with a small cuilliere!Otherwise apartment well located and easily accessible.This return when even cheaper than a hotel.
Appartement spacieux mais le menage laisse à desirer. Les draps etaient tachés de sang !!! Les murs pas lessivés, etaient couverts de traces (pieds et autres) la porte de la salle de bain etaient recouvertes d eclaboussures. Tres bruyant avec des murs en papier. on entendait à la conversation... des voisins et surtout nous profitions de leurs odeurs de cuisines dans les chambres.* choses curieuse les couverts n etaient pas complet, on se retrouvait avec une petite cuilliere !!! Sinon appartement bien situé et facilement accessible. Cela reviens quand meme moins cher qu'un hotel.
