This elegant apartment in the city centre can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to a floor area of 99m2. It is located in a traditional building, which was renovated in 2007.
It offers modern stylish furniture and three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, a closet, a TV and an en-suite bathroom, the second one with a double bed and the third one with a single bed. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, as well as another bathroom with WC and bidet.
In order to stay permanently informed a Wifi internet access is provided.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a mixer, a vacuum cleaner, an espresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a fridge with a freezer, a juicer and a boiler.
For a major security the apartment offers a safe (measurements 190x380x450) and a cot is also included in the rental price.
The property is centrally located, in a bubbly area, in 1.6km distance from the train station, the beach only 4.6kms and the airport 13kms away.
You will be staying near Paseo de Gracia, where most of Gaudi´s impressive buildings are located. Nearby you will also find the Hospital Clínic and its equally named metro station (line 5), from which you can easily access the historic part of the centre.

bel immeuble et bel appartement,confortable,bien situé à 3 mn du métro,au calme par rapport à la rue.Toutefois la chambre individuelle est largement exposée aux bruits du vieil ascenseur(portes qui claquent et machinerie)et aux bruits de la cage d'escalier. La cuisine est bien équipée en matériel électro ménager mais absence de casseroles(seult un faitout) et une seule poele fonctionnelle(induction)accessoirement pas de théière ni de récipient pouvant remplacer-pas de petites cuillers en nombre suffisant- Décevant de ce point de vue étant donné la capacité d'accueil de l'appartement - Sinon deux salles de bains spacieuses-lits de bonne qualité-attention si vous venez en voiture:stationnement est impossible dans le quartier ou bien à 26?/jour(possibilité bcp moins chere vers la marina). très bon accueil téléphonique et sur place -

Das Schloss klemmte ein wenig, wir konnten am ersten Tag telefonisch niemanden erreichen und haben schließlich immer ein Stück Papier zwischen die Tür geklemmt, damit diese problemlos zu öffnen war. Ansonsten waren wir alle (5 Leute) sehr zufrieden. Man musste zwar meistens von Hospital Clinic direkt wieder in Diagonal umsteigen, das war aber zu verkraften, da die Wohnung super ist. Um die Ecke befindet sich gleich ein El Fornet, wo man sehr gut und günstig frühstücken kann.

Très joli appartement, spacieux et très calme, malheureusement peu de lumière et peu de vaisselle (pas de bol, ni de grandes tasses, pas de saladier, pas de poele allant sur les plaques à induction...un peu court pour un appartement pouvant accueillir 7 personnes). Les voilages de l'appartement auraient besoin d'un bon nettoyage. Tout le reste était très bien. Séjour positif. Très bon accueil de tout le personnel, très pratique de pouvoir laisser ses valises en attendant l'avion. Pratique aussi de tout pouvoir payer avec la carte visa.
