This elegant apartment in the city centre can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to a floor area of 99m2. It is located in a traditional building, which was renovated in 2007.
It offers modern stylish furniture and three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, a closet, a TV and an en-suite bathroom, the second one with a double bed and the third one with a single bed. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, as well as another bathroom with WC and bidet.
In order to stay permanently informed a Wifi internet access is provided.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a mixer, a vacuum cleaner, an espresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a fridge with a freezer, a juicer and a boiler.
For a major security the apartment offers a safe (measurements 190x380x450) and a cot is also included in the rental price.
The property is centrally located, in a bubbly area, in 1.6km distance from the train station, the beach only 4.6kms and the airport 13kms away.
You will be staying near Paseo de Gracia, where most of Gaudi´s impressive buildings are located. Nearby you will also find the Hospital Clínic and its equally named metro station (line 5), from which you can easily access the historic part of the centre.ExtrasThe check-ins from 23h will have an extra charge of 30€

Absolut empfehlenswert für bis zu 5 Personen. Metro, Cafes, Supermarkt, Markthalle und Restaurants sind dierekt um die Ecke. Leider war kein Computer vorhanden, der war gerade zur Reperatur und die Batterieen der Fernbedienung (SAT) waren leer. Ansonsten aber wirklich prima. Noch ein Hinweis: Da unsere Abreise am Sonntag war, konnten wir unsere Koffer nicht bei oh abstellen. In der Nähe des Place de Catalunya gibt es aber 2 Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Darauf könnten Sie vielleicht noch hinweisen. Bis zum nächsten mal!

El apartamento estaba limpio. El equipamiento no era tan nuevo como parecía según las fotos en la página web, pero aún así muy bien. La casa tiene ascensor (importante ya que el apartamento está en el 5º), pero es pequeño (viajamos con un niño de cuantro meses y el cochecito no entraba sin desmontarlo). El apartamento está bien ubicado (pocos minutos caminando del Metro y no lejos del Paseo de Gracia, Las Ramblas, La Plaza Cataluña).

the apartment is really sweet. I have nothing to complain about. Although it is not in the center, but if you catch a metro it will be easy to arrive in la ramblas in 5 mins. great website and the staff is really helpful. Also have to mention that the person taking care of our apartment was very helpful as well.
