Nice apartment for 7 people near the centre of Barcelona

This house was not what we expected. We have been renting from OH for 4 years now and this one caught us by surprise. - terrible odor in the house (sewage) - pictures of the interior are much nicer on the website - rooms are very small - limited towels and sheets

The appartment was equipped with all necessary amenities, nice and relatively clean. It is not a 4/5 star accomodation but you wouldn't expect one for the price. Highlight: last floor, no neighbours above. Downside: a little noisy aircon. Good value for money.

The apartment was very cheap! There was a market nearby and many nice small restaurants where you could eat very well! The Centre was also accessible by foot (approx. 20 min.). The cleanliness on arrival of the apartment was not enough! Especially in the bathroom, it was a lack of hygiene. For 7 ...adults, it would be something small, five it went just fine! Service and contact were prima. 

Die Wohnung lag sehr günstig! Es gab einen Markt in der Nähe und viele schöne kleine Lokale in denen man sehr gut essen konnte! Das Zentrum war auch zu Fuß (ca. 20 Min.) erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft der Wohnung war nicht ausreichend! Besonders im Bad mangelte es an Hygiene. Für 7 ...Erwachsene wäre es auch etwas klein, zu Fünft ging es prima! Service und Kontaktperson waren prima.  

The location of the apartment was ideal for us, family of 5, with short distance to the metro. Located in a building on the 5th floor (which actuallt became 6th if you count the levels) Good thing the elevator worked, antique as it was :-) The apartment itself was a little disappointing, taking ...into what I expected from the pictures. Cracked stove-top, loose tiles on master bedroom and bathroom and the drain in the shower seemed a little clogged up. But otherwise it was clean and light and enough space for the five of us. Some small ants crawling in the kitchen, but I guess that is normal in southern Europe. 

Apartment in the District of the exaimple, angle Muntaner and Provenza. Very well located residential area, quiet. In the gay neighborhood also found in three pathes of House (muntaner con disputacio). The photos correspond to the apartment in him even. Single room gives on the stairwell (noise of ...the elevator), double overlooks an interior courtyard and the parental gives nothing as SDB. But once Windows closed not one sound, presence of air conditioning for any apartment that works very well. 

Appart dans le quartier de L'exaimple, angle Muntaner et Provenza. Très bien situé, quartier résidentiel, calme. Dans le quartier gay aussi qui se trouve à trois pathés de maison (muntaner con disputacio). Les photos correspondent à l'appartement en lui même. La chambre individuelle donne sur... la cage d'escalier (bruit de l'ascenceur), la double donne sur une cour intérieur et la parentale donne sur rien vu que SDB. Mais une fois fenetres fermées pas un bruit, d'ailleurs, présence d'une climatisation pour tout l'appartement qui fonctionne très bien. 

A tv guide with English speaking stations listed would be helpful Improve shower pressure. Had a great stay, the apartment was excellent. Location was good

beautiful building and nice apartment, comfortable, well located 3 minutes from the metro, quiet from the street.However the individual House is widely exposed to the sounds of the old elevator (doors slamming and machinery) and the noise from the stairwell. The kitchen is well equipped in household... electro equipment but lack of casseroles(seult_un_faitout) and a single functional stove (induction) incidentally not teapot or container that can replace-not small spoons in numbers sufficient-disappointing from the point of view given the capacity of the apartment - otherwise two bathrooms spacious beds of good quality-attention if you come by car: parking is impossible in the neighbourhood or 26? /jour(possibilite_bcp_moins_chere_vers_la_marina). very good home telephone and on-site. 

bel immeuble et bel appartement,confortable,bien situé à 3 mn du métro,au calme par rapport à la rue.Toutefois la chambre individuelle est largement exposée aux bruits du vieil ascenseur(portes qui claquent et machinerie)et aux bruits de la cage d'escalier. La cuisine est bien équipée en ...matériel électro ménager mais absence de casseroles(seult un faitout) et une seule poele fonctionnelle(induction)accessoirement pas de théière ni de récipient pouvant remplacer-pas de petites cuillers en nombre suffisant- Décevant de ce point de vue étant donné la capacité d'accueil de l'appartement - Sinon deux salles de bains spacieuses-lits de bonne qualité-attention si vous venez en voiture:stationnement est impossible dans le quartier ou bien à 26€/jour(possibilité bcp moins chere vers la marina). très bon accueil téléphonique et sur place -  

The Castle clamped a little, we could call reach anyone on the first day and have clamped finally getting a piece of paper between the door so that it was easy to open. Otherwise, we all (5 people) were very satisfied. You had to change although mostly by hospital clinic directly back into diagonal,... which had to cope with, because the flat is super but. An El Fornet, where you can breakfast very good and convenient located just around the corner. 

Das Schloss klemmte ein wenig, wir konnten am ersten Tag telefonisch niemanden erreichen und haben schließlich immer ein Stück Papier zwischen die Tür geklemmt, damit diese problemlos zu öffnen war. Ansonsten waren wir alle (5 Leute) sehr zufrieden. Man musste zwar meistens von Hospital ...Clinic direkt wieder in Diagonal umsteigen, das war aber zu verkraften, da die Wohnung super ist. Um die Ecke befindet sich gleich ein El Fornet, wo man sehr gut und günstig frühstücken kann.
