Description
It is a charming apartment located in a a building (with lift) right in the Gothic quarter. The main door is at Paseo Colón Street, and you can enjoy the great view of the Gothic quarter narrow streets from the apartment windows.
The apartment was totally refurbished in 2009 with great style and charm. It has 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with two singles beds each and the last one has tree singles beds. It has a wide living room and a great kitchen fully equipped. There are also three complete bathrooms with shower.
Yuo will also find a kettle.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.
Check-in starting from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.
Payment methods:
The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.
Collection of keys:
Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.
The building is equipped with security cameras.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L3 L4metro lines run along both right and left borders of the Gòtico, while the transport hub of Plaça Catalunya (and its airport buses) sits just to the top. Mostly accessible on foot, through the windy medieval streets.

A great experience, excellent location and an attracting old house! The contact person had the crib replaced promptly as it didn't quite stay up. The apartment seems to be in heavy use and it shows in places. People who had the window to the street complained about the noise on some nights.

bello, spazioso, c'è tutto e funziona tutto ma i bagni sono un po' piccoli, ci sono poche e piccole finestre, soprattutto in bagno e camera; le camere poco luminose e molto calde, d'obbligo l'aria condizionata di notte, almeno d'estate.

We had some problems with the keys of the apartment, and nobody joined us at the checkout!
Oh-barcelona:
The owner confirms that for check-out, one only has to leave the keys on the table of the apartment. With every incidence, you must get in touch direct with the contact person or with the Customer Care department, which is open every day between 11am and 8pm

wenig Fenster, Fenster zum Innenhof bei zwei Schlafzimmern. Beim Doppelschlafzimmer laut, da Airconditon Gerät in der Nacht lief von anderen Appartements und Abwasserrohre lauf hörbar waren.

The apartment perfectly met our expectations. Good location, nice and confortable. C., our contact person has been really very nice upon arrival. Unluckly the lift didn't work by the time we stayed (seemed it wasn't working since a bit), but it wasn't a major trouble for us.

note of OH(15/06/10) the owner confirmed us that the client is not allowed to enter in the flat until the outgoing client doesn´t do the check-out. In case there is not check-out the customers are allowed to leave his luggages in the apartment while the owner is doing the cleaning.
