    • This 55 squared meters apartment is located in the Gothic district, just a few steps away from Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and the Cathedral. It is equipped with air conditioning and central heating so that you will have the ideal temperature at any season.

      The apartment has been furbished with elegance, it has brand new furniture and can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a double bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, a TV, a DVD player, an HI-FI, a free internet wifi connection and a phone (just for local calls). There is also a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer.
      The small kitchen is fully equipped: there is a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and a kettle. The kitchen opens on the living room for cooking while talking with your friends! The bathroom is complete with a bathtub/shower, a bidet and a toilet. Cot is available on request.

      The apartment is very well located: the main touristic attractions are very close and the area is full of restaurants and bars.


      The deposit payment must be made with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard), however, the rent can be paid either by credit card or in cash.


      For families there is no age restriction, however there is a minimum age limit 25 years for groups only.
