Description
This 55 squared meters apartment is located in the Gothic district, just a few steps away from Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and the Cathedral. It is equipped with air conditioning and central heating so that you will have the ideal temperature at any season.
The apartment has been furbished with elegance, it has brand new furniture and can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a double bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, a TV, a DVD player, an HI-FI, a free internet wifi connection and a phone (just for local calls). There is also a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer.
The small kitchen is fully equipped: there is a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and a kettle. The kitchen opens on the living room for cooking while talking with your friends! The bathroom is complete with a bathtub/shower, a bidet and a toilet.
The apartment is very well located: the main touristic attractions are very close and the area is full of restaurants and bars.

Extras
Arrivals after 10 pm will have an extra charge of 30 €.
The rent can be paid either by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or in cash. Please note that credit card payments will be subject to an additional 2% charge.
The deposit must be paid using credit card (only Visa/Mastercard).
The owner can provide a crib on demand.
For families there is no age restriction, however, there is a minimum age limit 25 years for groups only.

The apartment was clean and identical to photos but attention! This is not a housing suitable for 5 people. The space is much too small, and equipment (dishes and cookware in particular) too small to comfortably accommodate 5 persons. I would not recommend this accommodation for more than 3 people. ...So far I would say that the quality/price ratio is quite justified. Regarding the contact person, c´etait his first day... no problems
L'appartement était propre et identique aux photos mais attention! ce n'est pas un logement adapté à 5 personnes. L'espace est bien trop réduit, et l'équipement (vaiselle et batterie de cuisine en particulier) trop limité pour loger comfortablement 5 personnes. Je ne recommanderais pas ce ...logement pour plus de 3 personnes. Pour autant je dirais que le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas très justifié. Concernant la personne de contact, c´etait son premier jour...pas de problèmes

Location was superb and the contact guy was very punctual and helpful. The actual apartment, though, was shabbier than the impression I got from web pages (rooms were rather small and furniture a bit work out).

The location was fantastic. The apartment was fine, clean, and enough space for the 2 od us and baby. A little tired though, no bathplug, very small towles, power that went out if too many items on at once, by this I mean the TV, the washing machine and the kettle. The washing machine broke whilst ...we were there, but M. was great help, approachable and sorted things out quickly. The location was fantastic, and price good. We would stay here again, although bring our own bathplug.
