    • This is an apartment carefully furbished, made with attention to the smallest details for giving to the customers everything they may need. It is located right in between the historic center of Barcelona and the modern district, next to Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and the Cathedral.

      It has two double bedroom Besides there is a sofa bed in the living room. The living/dining room and the kitchen are in the same space equipped with a big window, a table with 4 chairs, a TV, a DVD player, an hi-fi and a free internet WIFI connection.
      The kitchen is fully equipped: you will find a fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven and a washing machine.
      The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Hairdryer and an iron are at your disposal. Moreover the apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
      A baby cot is available on request.

      This apartments, with its relaxing ambiance, will be the ideal place after your excursions in this fantastic city.

      The deposit payment must be made with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard), however, the rent can be paid either by credit card or in cash.

      For families there is no age restriction, however there is a minimum age limit 25 years for groups only.
