Duplex for 7 people in the Gothic District

Apartment very nice, very quiet, very clean, very well located, a 100 meter of the rembla. Gives a course inside with a pool view. Nice home. No problem during the stay. 6 sleeps 1 sofa double, but not of curtain in the living room so complicated to sleep on the couch. But ca is very well. ...Otherwise the floor 1 bedroom with a double bed and an other House at the top of the stairs with two beds simple but no door between the 2, just a curtain so not hyper intimate, but no problem if you summers between friends (which is my case). In fact it is a loft, everything is open. But it is nice. 

Appartement tres agreable , tres calme , tres propre ,tres bien situé , a 100 metre des rembla . Donne sur une cours interieure avec vue sur une piscine . Accueil sympa . Aucun problème pendant le sejour. 6 couchages + 1 canapé double , mais pas de rideau dans le salon donc compliqué de dormir ...sur le canapé. A part ca c'est tres bien . Sinon a l'etage 1 chambre avec un lit double et un autre chambre en haut des escalier avec 2 lits simple mais pas de porte entre les 2 , juste un rideaux donc pas hyper intime , mais aucun problème si vous etes entre amis ( ce qui est mon cas ) . En fait c'est un loft , tout est ouvert . Mais c'est sympa .  

The apartment was advertised as a three bedroom that sleeps up to 8 and it shouldn't be. It lacked adequate hot water, internet service, and a full third bedroom. Instead, we found a hallway with twin beds that one must walk through in the upstairs loft area-neither private nor quiet. You need ...to upgrade your hot water tank to a larger one-i was not able to take one bath the entire time i was there as there was never enough hot water to fill it up after the others had taken their short showers. You need to buy a new internet router for that apartment, not ask us to share one for the whole building.(it costs no mroen than 20 euros) The internet never worked for more than 6 minutes at a time before going off line and there were 2 days when we got none at all. This is really not cool, as I had brought work i needed to do and was unable to, leaving me to search for an internet cafe elsewhere. I know you want to get top dollar but false advertising is never a good thing because it won't lead to referrals. You should advertise it as honestly as possible--call it a two bedroom with limited internet service. Guests will be prepared for it and therefore they can enjoy it, as the location is amazing and the apartment itself is lovely. 

The property owner confirms having reviewed the internet connection and guaranties its well-functioning. Furthermore, he has informed that both bathrooms dispose of independent water supplies, one of 150 litres and the other of 75 litres. The person of contact and the Customer Care department is at your entire disposal for any type of needed assistance during your stay.

Some practical things like coat hooks, shelves, etc. were missing. The pans were exchanged on request. The toilet was not 100% ig firmly anchored and the shower enclosure not quite tight. Otherwise everything is in order.

Einige praktische Dinge wie z.B. Kleiderhaken, Ablageflächen, etc. fehlten. Die Pfannen wurden auf Wunsch ausgetauscht. Das WC war nicht 100%ig fest verankert und die Duschwand nicht ganz dicht. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Wohnung wunderbar im Centrum gelegen, ruhige Lage

Location is very good in the Centre, taxi from the airport has 27? cost, one specifies the best Barcelona Cathedral as a target, taking the rest (400 meters) then, as the accommodation can be approached directly. When you arrive at the airport one gets to the contact person, then again when you stand at the closed gate of apartments. Worked very well.

Lage ist sehr gut mitten in der Altstadt, Taxi vom Flughafen hat 27 € gekostet, man gibt als Ziel am besten die Kathedrale von Barcelona an, den Rest ( 400 Meter) läuft man dann, da die Unterkunft nicht direkt angefahren werden kann. Wenn man am Flughafen angekommen ist ruft man die Kontaktperson... an, dann wieder wenn man vor dem verschlossenen Tor des Appartments steht. Hat sehr gut geklappt. 

Great location, quiet street but central to everything. Easy walking distance to everything. Apartment clean and comfortable.

everything went well, except that the apartment was a bit stripped down: not if it\'s because we have not found us but there weren\'t any cutlery for example ... but otherwise fine.

è andato tutto bene, solo che l'appartamento era un po' spoglio: non se è perchè non le abbiamo trovate noi ma non c'erano le posate per esempio... però per il resto tutto bene.

Apartment is in a fantastic location - right in between La Rambla and P. Angel. Can walk to La Rambla in 3 min and Catedral de Barcelona in 5 min. Surprisingly quiet - no traffic noise as it is on a quiet side street. If using Google Maps, find Decathalon Ciutat Vella - the entrance to the alley... that gives access to the apartment is about 5 meters away. Renters are super friendy. Very prompt and responsive. Good communication via email before the trip and by phone once there. Be prepared to buy some basic amenities (like hand soap) from the small grocery store across the street.
