This famous district is well known for its modernist architecture. It is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of the famous "Passeig De Gracia" where you can enjoy Gaudi's architecture.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with a double bed.
The living /dining room is very spacious and comfortable; you will find a big table which can seat up to 6, a double sofa bed, a phone (for incoming calls), a free WIFI internet connection, a DVD player and a CD/MP3 player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower. Bed linen and towels, a hairdryer and an iron are included. Cot available on request.

Extras
Arrivals after 10 pm will have an extra charge of 30 €.
The rent can be paid either by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or in cash. Please note that credit card payments will be subject to an additional 2% charge.
The deposit must be paid using credit card (only Visa/Mastercard).
The owner can provide a crib on demand.
For families there is no age restriction, however there is a minimum age limit 25 years for groups only.

A very basic but well furnished apartment. However one bedroom bizarrely had a window which opened out to the building's lift shaft so it was incredibly noisy and stuffy.
