This apartment has two bedrooms, one is a double and the other is a single. Two more people can be accommodated, thanks to the double sofa bed in the living room. The living / dining room is spacious, and is carefully decorated. The apartment also comes with a television, DVD, HI-FI, free internet and local phone calls. The living room opens to the terrace, where you can enjoy the summer days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee pot, kettle, juicer and washing machine.
The bathroom has bath, shower and WC. Towels, bed linen, iron and hairdryer are provided. Baby cot can be provided on request without additional cost.
It is an ideal apartment for those who want to visit the city, or if you are in business travel, owing to the fact that is next to Plaza España, where lots of conferences are held.
The deposit payment must be made with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard), however, the rent can be paid either by credit card or in cash.
For families there is no age restriction, however there is a minimum age limit 25 years for groups only.

M. est celui qui nous a reçus et il était très gentil. Il a fait quelques recommandations à M., son patron, mais celui-ci n'a pas répondu aux demandes de M.. Une erreur a été commise: on avait loué notre appartement à une autre personne pour les 2 derniers jours de notre séjour. Tout s'est arrangé, par chance.
