The living / dining room is spacious, and is carefully decorated. The apartment also comes with a television, DVD, HI-FI, free internet and local phone calls. The living room opens to the terrace, where you can enjoy the summer days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee pot, kettle, juicer and washing machine.
The bathroom has bath, shower and WC. Towels, bed linen, iron and hairdryer are provided.
It is an ideal apartment for those who want to visit the city, or if you are in business travel, owing to the fact that is next to Plaza España, where lots of conferences are held.

Arrivals after 10 pm will have an extra charge of 30 €.

The owner can provide a crib on demand.
For families there is no age restriction, however there is a minimum age limit 25 years for groups only.

Mr. is that received us and it was very nice.He made a few recommendations to Mr, his boss, but it has not responded to requests for M.. An error has occurred: it had leased our apartment to another person for the last 2 days of our stay. Everything arranged, by chance.
