70 m2 apartment in the Poble Nou district which is only 1 minute walking distance away from the beach and the Rambla Poble Nou. This is an immaculately furbished apartment, which is extremely well-kept to give customers everything they may need.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each. One of them has an en-suite bathroom. In the spacious and sunny living room you will find a TV, a DVD player, a HI FI and a free internet WIFI connection. There is also a double sofa-bed.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped: you will find a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a fridge, a kettle and a washing machine. There are two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Towels and bed linen are available as well as an iron and a hair dryer.

The owner can provide a crib on demand.
The deposit payment must be made with a credit card, however, the rent can be paid either by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or in cash.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L4yellow line 4 of the metro runs right through Poble Nou, taking you to the city centre in around 10 to 15 minutes. There's also the Glòries metro station, on the red line. It’s a nice area to jog or cycle in as well.

Un apartamento perfecto para una familia o para dos parejas. Dos baños completos es de puro lujo!. El wifi y la tele no funcionaban correctamente en nuestra llegada, pero con una sola llamada de teléfono vinieron a arreglarlos, muy buen servicio. Todo muy funcional y moderno. Um das Urlauberglück perfekt zu machen fehlt leider ein Geschirrspüler und eine bessere Ausrüstung der Küche. Die Unterkunft liegt im 1. Stock, ist aber dennoch sehr hell und für Barcelona ausgesprochen ruhig. Der einzige Lärm kommt hin und wieder von der kaputten Eingangstür oder von einem der Reisebusse, die in der nahegelegenen Garage ein- und ausparken. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr sauber und gut gelegen (viele Busverbindungen ins Zentrum, sehr gute Infrastruktur im Viertel). Die Kontaktperson vor Ort, J C., war ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht. Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.
