Fantastic Apartment for 5 people with 80 sqm terrace.

Very nice apartment, well located close to the España square, functional and perfectly equipped. Our interlocutor was adorable, helpful and really professional.The only small downside: despite having a bathroom in the DRC and a bathroom on the first floor, a single shower ... (very small) total is ...may not be sufficient given the number of people that can be allowed. The bathroom could be equipped with an extra shower.P, our interlocutor was really adorable, helpful and very competent. Thanks to it for the home. 

Très joli appartement, bien situé à proximité de la place Espana, fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. Notre interlocutrice à été adorable, serviable et vraiment professionnelle. Le seul petit bémol : Bien qu'ayant une salle d'eau en RDC et une salle de bain à l'étage, une seule douche ...( très petite) au total n'est peut être pas suffisant compte tenu du nombre de personnes pouvant être accueilli. La salle d'eau pourrait être équipée d'une douche supplémentaire. P, notre interlocutrice, à été vraiment adorable, serviable et très compétente. Merci à elle pour l'accueil. 

The service was excellent; with regard to two housing notes: an electric element (Toaster) was not working and he did jump all the electrical system of the apartment.The Bay window blinds to the terrace had rolled completely and could not be sunk (not annoying for me but may be for others).Finally, ...the hot water did not work from 1 janviersa capacity is not up to the capacity of the apartment and should report to the tenants that they can take the shower more than 3 as a result.Sincerely, Michel Baltas 

Le service était excellent; en ce qui concerne le logement deux remarques: un élément électrique (grille pain) ne fonctionnait pas et il a fait sauter tous le système électrique de l'appartement. Les stores de la baie vitrée donnant à la terrasse avaient été enroulés complètement et... n'ont pu être descendus ( pas gênant pour moi mais peut être pour d'autres personnes). Enfin, l'eau chaude n'a pas fonctionné à partir du 1er janvier sa capacité n'est pas à la hauteur de la capacité de l'appartement et il faudrait signaler aux locataires qu'ils ne peuvent prendre la douche plus de 3 à la suite. Cher Client, nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires. Le propriétaire confirme avoir remplacé le grille-pain et avoir réparé les volets. De même, nous vous informons que le système de chauffage électrique a une capacité de 100 litres, et une fois vide, a besoin de 2 ou 3 heure afin de pouvoir chauffer de nouveau.

The apartment was beyond our expectations. Everything was clean and very organized and it is located in the center of Barcelona (5 minutes walk to the metro station and 5 minutes walk to the supermarket). We had a little problem with the coffee machine but it was solved very fast!

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The contact person already waited for us when we arrived and the apartment was very clean. Only the view from the balcony on the surrounding houses was not particularly spectacular. Otherwise recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Die Kontaktperson wartete bereits auf uns, als wir ankamen und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Allein die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die umliegenden Häuser war nicht besonders spektakulär. Ansonsten empfehlenswert!

Contact vivo-barcelona absent when we arrived despite a schedule set by e-mail at his request. We had to call the number of Barcelona. The person who responded was not aware, his colleague would have not transmitted the information. An hour of waiting. Home expeditious and just cordial.The telephone... contact with the person of oh-barcelona in France have been excellent. 

Contact vivo-barcelona absent à notre arrivée malgré un horaire fixé par courriel à sa demande. Avons dû téléphoner au numéro de Barcelone. La personne qui a répondu n'était pas au courant, son collègue ne lui aurait pas transmis l'information. Une heure d'attente. Accueil expéditif et ...peu cordial. Les contacts téléphoniques avec la personne de oh-barcelona en France ont eux été excellents. 

every thing was fine with oh barcelona. the flat is very noisy, we didn´t sleep for two nights, because in the appartment next to ours was a spanish group, who had party time till 4 0´clock in the morning. the house is noisy as well. we travelled with a child, and this was really not fine. the ...appartment is nice and clean, the terrasse is beautiful, but i really can´t recommend it and it shouldn´t be recommended for families.  

Good: Friendly, perfect English language skills Bad: We informed the contact person two weeks before our stay about the arrival time but had to wait nearly one hour for the contact person

The accomodations was very clean and it was easy accesiable by public transport.

10/10, we have been very satisfied both by the quality of the apartment and terrace that by som implementation in a very convenient area (20 minutes from airport, 10 min by metro to the rest of Barcelona). With children, this accommodation is perfect

10/10, nous avons été très satisfaits tant par la qualité de l'appart et de sa terrasse que par som implantation dans un quartier très pratique (20mn de bus de l'aéroport, 10mn de métro de tout le reste de barcelone). Avec des enfants, ce logement est parfait
