It has two double bedrooms with two single beds in both, and a third bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort it has a bathroom with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new electrical appliances: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, and has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table and chairs. There is also heating and air conditioning in the apartment. It is only a few minutes from the metro station Plaza España. Ideal for those interested in the feria de Barcelona.
You can’t check-in/check-out between 11pm and 7am. We accept payment by credit card.
If you want to book this apartment during the Christmas period or for New Year, please consider that the owner doesn’t accept rentals either on the 25th December or the 1st January.
The owner only accepts family bookings and/or from those over 25. -

9/10. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise, et le système de chauffage bruyant. De plus il n'y avait pas de mode d'emploi pour le chauffage. Le reste est très bien. L'appartement est bien équipé, le consommable de base est fourni. Il est très bien desservi.

Found the apartment to be exactly as the description and reviews said it was, "excellent". Really impressed with the quality of the accommodation, the terrace alone was excellent, very close to Placa Espanya and transport links. Very comfortable with plenty of equipment any queries we had were dealt with promptly by the property owners. Really can't recommend it enough and by far the best apartment we have stayed in Barca. Regarding to Oh-Barcelona, excellent, prompt and efficient!

Wir waren zu sechst. Es war einfach toll. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber u. geräumig.Das einzige kleine Manko,zu wenig Haken in den Badezimmern. Auch die Kontaktperson war immer zu erreichen und suuper nett. Die Lage einfach nur perfekt. Würde jede Zeit wieder kommen!!!! Angelika

new apartment and well maintained. The mattresses on beds are too soft, which are not comfortable for people with backache. The contact person was helpful.

Abbiamo trovato qualche muro rigato e scoperto che l'acqua calda non basta per 6 persone, ma per il resto è un alloggio eccellente. Non manca nulla. Unica pecca le cialde della macchinetta del caffè, davvero introvabili. Essenziale l'arredamento, giovanile, ed in posizione strategica. Nulla da eccepire, se si tornerà a Barcellona useremo nuovamente il vostro sito per trovare un alloggio.
