Apartment for 6 with a big terrace

Apartment very well located for all visited without taking his car. In a quiet street, which is substantial in Barcelona, and close all trade within 5 minutes walk. The apartment is not very large but well equipped and very functional. A recommend without any problems (even if somewhat aging and ...changed from the photos). Anything, the jacuzzi is not required. 

Appartement tres bien situé pour tout visité sans prendre sa voiture. Dans une rue calme, ce qui est appreciable dans Barcelone, et proche de tout commerce à moins de 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement n'est pas tres grand mais bien équipé et tres fonctionnel. A recommander sans aucun soucis ...(même s'il a un peu vielli et changé par rapport au photos). Seul reproche, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnai pas.

We were disappointed that the sun lounger chairs which are in the photos were not there. There was one, badly broken. Our oven did not work and it took 3 days to get it repaired.However, fortunately everything else about the apartment was excellent.

Dear client, Oh thanks you for your comments. The owner informs us that the recliner has been replaced and that the oven has been repaired and guarantees that it is now working correctly.

A lovely apartment, very clean, very nice equipped. Everything functioned well. The apartment of has a small jacuzzi as well, it there\'s water in it we loved the apartment, does not function but and the area it\'s located in. A shopping mall is close; also the Metro. Barcelona is a great city and ...we can definitely recommend. Our contact person was helpful, friendly and professional. We are already planning our next trip to Barca - in the apartment as same was just great it.

The location was super. The accommodation itself is equipped only with the necessary and very ringhörig (staircase / other flats). On the actually quite pleasant terrace clearly the deck chairs are missing (it was available only one defective copy for 6 persons) and EV. a box for the \"pool\".

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Die Unterkunft selber ist nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und sehr ringhörig (Treppenhaus/andere Wohnungen). Auf der eigentlich ganz angenehmen Terrasse fehlen eindeutig die Liegestühle (es war für 6 Personen nur ein defektes Exemplar vorhanden) und ev. ein Reinigungsset für den "Pool".

excellent facilities, clean, lovely outside area. Just what we expected. However, was a little noisy at times from other flats.

9/10. The noise insulation is poor, and the noisy heating system. In addition there was no instructions for heating. The rest is very good.The apartment is well equipped, the consumable database is provided. It is very well served.

9/10. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise, et le système de chauffage bruyant. De plus il n'y avait pas de mode d'emploi pour le chauffage. Le reste est très bien. L'appartement est bien équipé, le consommable de base est fourni. Il est très bien desservi.
