This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building near the Plaza España. It has a double bedroom with three single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped the following appliances: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, and has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table and chairs. There is also heating and air conditioning in the apartment.
It is only a few minutes from the metro station Plaza España. Ideal for those interested in the Feria de Barcelona (Barcelona's Trade Fair).
You can’t check in/check-out between 11pm and 7am. We accept payment by credit card.
If you want to book this apartment during the Christmas period or for New Year, please consider that the owner doesn’t accept rentals either on the 25th December or the 1st January.

Appartement situé proche du métro dans une rue calme mais l'insonorisation est un peu juste. Il est bien équipé et la personne responsable est accueillante et parle le français.

Great facilities, clean, and well mantained. Don't expect internet access, wi-fi was incluted in the package but it did not work for 3 days and it was too slow after it was fixed. No high speed internet access.

There was lack of mirrors in the apartment!It took a complete day to make the environment warm,it was better that at least two hours before arriving of guests somebody turns on the air conditioner.However everything was excellent.

Für das was wirs gebraucht haben, wars in Ordnung, nur Schlafgelegenheiten im oberen Bereich nicht abgetrennt ist, aber für uns wars kein Problem. Der Internetanschluss hat so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert. Wenig Tageslicht. Und man kann bei offenem Fenster recht einfach in die Wohnung reinschauen. Gesamteindruck war aber gut und die Lage war super, ganz zentral und sehr nah an der U-Bahn und trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, war sehr angenehm.

I loved the apartment!!! Every thing was clean and very organize... We gas a little problem with the Wi-fi but it was soved very fast!!! I've gotta say that I had great surprise, the apartment was much better that what was expecting!! I recomend!
