Comfortable apartment near Plaza España

Great location, close to everything you need, like transportation, supermarket, restaurants and the Gran Via de Corts Catalanes which takes you to every place a tourist needs to visit! I loved everything about it. The apartment was very clean, the beds confortable, the bathroom great, and the ...contact person realy nice and friendly! Only the internet reception was very bad and should be improved, my boyfriend was there on work and could not get anything done with the internet we had there, we could hardly acess our e-mails. Other than that, perfect!  

The equipment of the apartment was fine. What unfortunately not visible was not in the description of the apartment and also in the photos that Windows made of frosted glass were equipped with grills. This one had to look at no way out of the window and in extreme cases, when a fire in the ... ...corridor would be broken out, you would not have come out of the apartment. The staff had passed the apartment, then said that you would then just pitch. It had the feel of a prison to live and had not noticed how the weather was. Once did not open the door to our apartment and we had to wait some time until the employee opened the door. Internet not always went.The ventilation in the bathroom out not and the bidet has very unpleasant smell.  

Die Austattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Was leider nicht in der Beschreibung der Wohnung und auch auf den Fotos nicht erkennbar war, dass die Fenster aus Milchglas waren und mit Gittern versehen. Dadurch hatte man keine Möglichkeit aus dem Fenster zu schauen und im Extremfall, wenn ein Feuer im ...Flur ausgebrochen wäre, wäre man nicht aus der Wohnung gekommen. Der Mitarbeiter, der die Wohnung übergeben hatte, meinte dann, dass man dann eben Pech hätte. Man hatte das Gefühl in einem Gefängnis zu leben und hatte nicht mitbekommen, wie das Wetter war. Einmal ließ sich die Tür zu unserer Wohnung nicht öffnen und wir mussten einige Zeit warten, bis der Mitarbeiter die Tür offnete. Internet ging nicht immer. Die Lüftung im Bad funkionierte nicht und das Bidet hat sehr unangenehm gerochen.

Nous avons eu froid !! chauffage & Wifi pas performant du tout ... Wifi = Clef3G ---> LENT ! Insonnorisation de l'appartement inexistante , vous entendez tout (cage d'escalier , rue etc ...) Bon lit mais casi absence de couette couverture etc .. linge de maison pareil . Appartement en Rez... de chaussé donc vue du trottoir plongeante dans votre salon. Sinon Propre et fonctionnel mais je n'y retournerai pas .

Le propriétaire confirme avoir révisé le fonctionnement du chauffage et la connexion internet par Wi-Fi et ils fonctionnent correctement dorénavant. Nous vous informons que le propriétaire a changé les draps, couverture et couvre lit pour chacun des lits et rappelle sa disponibilité pendant le séjour afin de résoudre tout incident possible au plus vite.

The number for us to call is not a mobile phone number. It takes too many calls to reach someone and that is if you are lucky enough to reach. In today's day and age, how inefficient this is. Separately, they do not take the information we provide seriously. We said we will arrive at 1230pm, if ...we are on time. We did reach there on time, but no one showed up. They said it is better that we call first, but the trouble is no one picks up the call. It was after several calls that we managed to reach someone and we had to wait for 45 minutes before he can arrive to assist. Worst still, it took almost an hour to get the internet working, so that I can sign to accept the booking electronically. To improve, they must be readily contactable (have a mobile phone reachable at least between 8am till 8pm. The apartment's internet has got to improve as well. Princep Jordi is a very good location. They can charge higher rates and people wouldn't mind paying if its ability to be contactable, with internet facilities in the accommodation improved. You can see these same comments repeated by other visitors.

The apartment is well equipped, in 15 minutes on foot from la Rambla, 2 minutes Metro entries. The only flat is the sound at the level of the entrance hall: the breakdown door and sounds not resound in all the stairwell which often results in a morning wake-up. Perfect home service, booking advised.

L'appartement est bien équipé, à 15 minutes à pieds de la Rambla, à 2 minutes des entrées de Métro. Le seul bémol est l'insonorisation au niveau du hall d'entrée : la porte claque et les bruits de pas résonnent dans toute la cage d'escaliers ce qui entraîne souvent un réveil matinal. Service d'accueil parfait, réservation à conseiller.

Overall it was pretty clean, but the lower part of the hood in the kitchen was very dirty. It is not at the height of a person but a horrible especially if you put to boil water, as I step impression to me, to make a bottle and you have to throw it away because it dropped fat, clean it as I could so... that not to pass me again but it would be great is to keep those details. Thank you. 

En general estaba bastante limpio, pero en la cocina la parte baja de la campana extractora estaba muy sucia. No se ve a la altura de una persona pero da una impresión horrible sobre todo si pones a cocer agua, como me paso a mi, para hacer un biberón y tienes que tirarla porque ha caído grasa, ...la limpie como pude para que no me volviera a pasar pero seria estupendo que se cuidaran esos detalles. Gracias.  

Being a semi-basement with exposure on the road I could not give up the vote. Excellent ventilation system.

Trattandosi di un semi-interrato con l'esposizione sulla strada non ho potuto dare il massimo del voto. Ottimo il sistema di areazione.
