It has a double bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort the apartment also has a bathroom with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, and has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table, chairs and a comfortable single sofa bed. The apartment also has heating and air conditioning. It is only a few minutes from the metro station “Plaza España”. Ideal for those interested in the ‘feria de Barcelona’ (Barcelona's Trade Fair).
You can’t check in/check-out between 11pm and 7am. It is possible to pay by credit card.
If you want to book this apartment during the Christmas period or for New Year, please consider that the owner doesn’t accept rentals either on the 25th December or the 1st January.
The owner only accepts family bookings and/or from those over 25.

The goods: - Apartment very close to Plaza Espana which has great connections to rest of Barcelona. - Very well furnished and new apartment. - Very good service from S. - Ideal location and apartment for a small family with kids The bads: - not that it bothered us, but the apartment is on a "not so nice" street with a couple of car garages - Be prepared for late night garbage collection trucks making a huge noise, but I guess this would be true for any street in Barcelona. Overall, a recommended place to stay.

8/10 L'appartement était très bien : joli, fonctionnel, agréable. Seul tout petit bémol : la literie, au demeurant bonne, pas assez ferme. Un peu de bruit dans la rue mais qui ne réveille pas le matin. La personne qui nous a accueillie était très sympathique et parle plusieurs langue. Nous reviendrons certainement!!
