The apartment is near the Plaza España. The building has been built recently, and all the furniture and other apartment facilities are new. It has a double bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort it also has a bathroom with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new electrical appliances in it: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table, chairs and a comfortable single sofa-bed. Very easy to reach by public transport. Subway and Aerobus stop located 200/300 metres away. Around the corner, the Shopping Center Las Arenas in a former Bullring, as well as small shops for food. Despite the proximity to the Plaza de España, the noise level is quite ... tolerable.The apartment is... nicely furnished and clean. Too little dishes, if inhabited by more than 2 people. The beds are soft and the walls should be painted fresh once again.The Nespresso machine was a Highlight.Die contacts were friendly and competent. Thank you!
Sehr einfach zu erreichen mit öV. U-Bahn und Aerobus-Haltestelle befinden sich in 200/300 m Entfernung. Ebenfalls um die Ecke das Shopping-Center Las Arenas in einer ehemaligen Stierkampfarena, sowie kleine Läden für Lebensmittel. Trotz der Nähe zur Plaza de España ist der Lärmpegel durchaus ...erträglich. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und sauber. Viel zu wenig Geschirr, falls von mehr als 2 Personen bewohnt. Die Betten sind weich und die Wände dürften wieder einmal frisch gestrichen werden. Die Nespresso-Maschine war ein Highlight. Die Kontaktpersonen waren freundlich und kompetent. Danke!

Great apartment, very central. Metro, the arenas with shopping, restaurants and cafes, bakeries and cafes are just around the corner. We were with 2 small children - they were very pleased with the large playground in the Park (about 3 min. from the apartment). The apartment is very nice and ... ...equipped with 2 small balconies. In the kitchen, everything is available. An additional pot would be but certainly not wrong. We were very pleased with the apartment and would book again this apartment.
Tolle Wohnung und sehr zentral. Metro, Bäckereien, Cafes und das Arenas mit Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern - die waren über den großen Spielplatz im Park (ca 3 Min von der Wohnung) sehr angetan. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und... mit 2 kleinen Balkons ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Ein zusätzlicher Kochtopf wäre aber sicherlich nicht verkehrt. Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
