The apartment is near the Plaza España. The building has been built recently, and all the furniture and other apartment facilities are new. It has a double bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort it also has a bathroom with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new electrical appliances in it: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table, chairs and a comfortable single sofa-bed. The apartment also has heating and air conditioning. It is only a few minutes from the metro station “Plaza España”. Ideal for those interested in the ‘feria de Barcelona’ (Barcelona’s festival).
You can’t check in/check-out between 11pm and 7am. It is possible to pay by credit card.
If you want to book this apartment during the Christmas period or for New Year, please consider that the owner doesn’t accept rentals either on the 25th
December or the 1st January.

Che dire? Semplicemente, perfetto! Ben tenuto, ben organizzato, pulito, in posizione strategica, comodo per parcheggiare l'auto e comodo per i servizi pubblici...Cosa chiedere di meglio? Sono pienamente soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto. Penso che, per la mia prossima vacanza a Barcellona, mi rivolgerò sicuramente a questa Organizzazione!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Sehr neu und sauber. Das einzige nicht so gute an der Wohnung war die Belüftung, die sich nicht abschalten lässt und ständig an ist! Und es war ziemlich kühl in der Wohnung obwohl wir die Klimaanlage auf 30° gestellt haben.
