Smart Apartment for 5 people

  Top-Unterkunft; sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung; alles neu, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

  My fiance' and I stayed in this apartment for 7 days, we loved it, it was really good location, clean, the air condition is excellent. As well the contact person was very helpful. I highly recommend it

  It was really great! Near the center of Barcelona! Very well furnished and really cute. Very comfortable that there were two bathrooms, especially if two couples share the apartment. Only that the one bedroom is quite small.

  Best I have ever experienced, everything in good condition and in perfect working order, linen towels etc spotless. 4 of us shared the apartment for a long weekend and all went very well.

  18/20 appartement très sympathique et agréable malgré la mauvaise odeur émanant de la salle d'eau(égout); bien équipé, très bon état. Très proche du métro, ligne pratique, commerces proches.

  Very nice, new and clean apartment, fully equipped with everything for your daily routine. Great location (three minutes to all important subway lines, five minutes to the city centre). Easy to reach from the airport and the railway/bus station Sants. Quiet little street with good shopping ...possibilities nearby. Very nice and forthcoming contact person (5star plus). Very recommendable!

  It was more than I expected!The apartment was very nice - clean, modern, well equipped, spacious and just 2 minutes walk from the metro station. Me and my party got to the apartment one hour earlier than planned, but we didn't have to wait long for the landlord to let us in - I just made a call and ...somebody was there in couple of minutes. S. - the person that checked us in, was very friendly, showed us everything and gave us all information we needed. All in all, we loved the apartment and would definately recomend it. 

  The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Excellent air conditioning. It was located very conveniently to the Metro at Pl.Espanya, and therefore the city was very accessible. Food shops/fruit market and bakery all very near.

  A very nice flat with a perfect location. And you can easily observe the real life of Catalan people. The only bad thing was the broken lock of one of the balconies. Many thanks to VivoBarcelona.

  Modern apartment. Beds are good, bedrooms are a bit small. Regarding the location: Basic street, but the apartment is very close to a subway station and it is easy to discover Barcelona by metro.

  Appartement agréable, propre et bien situé. Cependant, attention au bruit infernal qui vient des voisins du rez-de-chaussée/ terrasse tard la nuit!!! En effet, les locataires d'en dessous disposent d'une terrasse qu'ils utilisent tous les soirs pour faire des soirées très bruyantes et ils ne ...sont pas ouverts à la communication! A bon entendeur. Autre problème: la connexion internet dans l'appartement est très faible, voire inexistante...impossible de connecter mon iPad pendant toute la durée du séjour. 

  El apartamento está bastante nuevo, bien equipado y es tal como aparece en las fotos. Totalmente recomendable.

  Das Apartment ist großzügig und funktional eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Matrazen der Betten sind sehr gut. Allerdings hat man sich beim Einrichten der Zimmer verrechnet, man hat kaum Platz, aus dem Bett zu steigen - sehr schwierig, wenn man nicht gelenkig ist. Es ist kaum Platz an den ...Seiten der Betten. Wenn man vorhat, selbst zu kochen, muss man sich darauf einstellen, nur das Nötigste zu haben z.B. gibt es keine Schüsseln. Leider gibt es auch keine Weingläser und einen Korkenzieher, nur vier Wassergläser und vier IKEA-Kaffeebecher. Wenn man duschen möchte, muss man sich auf eine kleine Duschkabine einstellen und nach dem Duschen steht das Badezimmer unter Wasser, da es nur einen Duschvorhang gibt. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Apartment weiter. 

  Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir zunächst in dem falschen Appartment untergebracht, aber mit identischen Zimmeren, von daher war das kein Problem für uns.

  Todo estaba tal y como lo vi en su página web, perfecto y excelente. Tal vez haya que cambiar el colchón de la cama queen. Ubicación idónea, a pocos minutos del metro Espanya, de la Plaza España y del Centro comercial Las Arenas. Comunicación excelente con el aeropuerto El Prat de Barcelona.... Zona tranquila y sin ruido alguno. Piso equipado y amueblado y dispone de todas las fcilidades para una buena estancia. Se lo recomendaría a mis amigos y igual repetiré...  

  Nous avons apprécié que la personne qui nous a reçus parle français. De plus, elle a été très claire dans ses explications.L'appartement est très bien situé et plutôt silencieux malgré la proximité de la Place d'Espagne. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'état des lieux car ...l'appartement risque de se dégrader au fur et à mesure des passages. Par exemple, il manquait pas mal de vaisselle, une des douches fonctionnait mal, et nous avons signalé une serrure de fenêtre défectueuse mais personne n'est venu s'en occuper.  

  La cama de matrimonio el colchón un poquito blando y el tostador no funcionaba pero lo demás genial. muy bien para situarnos y movernos al metro estación de tren... se agradece que haya dos baños.Muy bien. Que el apartamento era moderno y practico.Y la chica que nos recibió muy amable.Y la situación del apartamento practica para moverte.

  We have stayed near Plaza de Espana before and really liked the location. Being from North America, we found the space a bit tight at first, but you get used to it. We found the kitchen well equipped, and took full advantage of the washing machine. We also liked the fact that there were balconies in... the front and back of the apartment. The check in went very smoothly once we got inside. We had one problem on a Friday night with excessive noise from a party one floor below. It kept us up till 5:00 am. We called the owner the next day. He was very apologetic, and took care of it right away. We had no further problems. Aside from that, we had a great time and would consider renting the same place again.
