The apartment is near the Plaza España. The building has been built recently, and all the furniture and other apartment facilities are new.
It has a double bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort it also has a bathroom with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, and has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table, chairs and a comfortable single sofa bed. The apartment also has heating and air conditioning. It is only a few minutes from the metro station “Plaza España”. Ideal for those interested in the ‘feria de Barcelona’
You can’t check in/check-out between 11pm and 7am. It is possible to pay by credit card.
If you want to book this apartment during the Christmas period or for New Year, please take into account that the owner doesn’t accept rentals either on the 25th December or the 1st January.

Eine ideale Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Ein Lob vor allem auch an die Kontaktperson. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als das Modem nicht funktionierte, tauschte sie es sofort aus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, auch in der Küche konnten wir alles finden, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement parfait .. en tous cas pour 4 potes qui sont venus visiter et faire la fete à barcelone. Bien equipé, wifi, en bon etat et bien situé (3 stations du centre)... ATTENTION, ne vous garer pas dans la rue en revanche, vouloir economiser le pkg nous a couté la fourrière (150? + 20?/jr)

The apartment is okay and closed to shopping mall and subway . Yet the Sofa bed is not really comfortable .One of shower head is not working well..

Alloggio moderno, ben equipaggiato e pulito. La persona di contatto, H., è stata molto gentile, efficiente e disponibile. La casa è molto vicina al metro di Plaza Espana (L1 e L3), e nella zona c'è un mercato, un supermercatro e un centro commerciale.
