Modern apartment for 5 people

The booked apartment was really great, everything was relatively new and you felt from the outset very well. Points of criticism are to show that the Backofenbei of cleaning was forgotten and remains of the Vormietern were in the freezer. Nevertheless a very ... everything was super good apartment ...in very good Lage.Beim booking process, the contact persons are friendly and respond promptly. Also the service that you spontaneously can log, when it landed at the Airport (the flight could have Yes delay) is class. With me it was but in a way that I already lived in Barcelona and me have taken to the apartment for visitors what I did several times so communicates to so the apartment handover at a fixed time can take place. Unfortunately this was not communicating to the person who makes the apartment transfer - you waited on a SMS from me, that I have landed. After some back and forth, passing houses worked then half an hour late. About no drama, but since one could communicate just a little improve. 

Die gebuchte Wohnung war wirklich toll, alles wirkte relativ neu und man fühlte sich von Anfang an sehr wohl. Als Kritikpunkte sind anzuführen, dass der Backofenbei der Reinigung vergessen wurde und sich im Gefrierschrank Reste von den Vormietern befanden. Nichtsdestotrotz eine sehr ...empfehlenswerte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Beim Buchungsvorgang war alles super, die Kontaktpersonen sind freundlich und antworten zeitnah. Auch der Service, dass man sich spontan melden kann, wenn man auf dem Flughafen gelandet ist (der Flug könnte ja Verspätung haben) ist klasse. Bei mir war es aber so, dass ich bereits in Barcelona wohnte und mich um die Wohnung für Besucher gekümmert habe, was ich mehrfach so kommuniziert habe, damit also die Wohnungsübergabe zu einem fest vereinbarten Zeitpunkt stattfinden kann. Das wurde leider nicht zu der Person, die die Wohnungsübergabe macht kommuniziert - man wartete auf eine SMS von mir, dass ich gelandet bin. Nach einigem Hin und Her hat die Wohnungsübergabe dann mit halbstündiger Verspätung geklappt. Alles kein Drama, aber da könnte man die Kommunikation wohl ein wenig verbessern. 

The apartment is new and functional reflects the description. Everything works, from air conditioning to wifi appliances. Optimal location with metro, bus and the cc Arenas within walking distance. You can certainly make the Organization the incivility of those crowds on the street at night or it ...sounds to all telephones because he forgot who he is or where to put the keys. Overall, definitely recommended. 

L appartamento è nuovo e funzionale, rispecchia la descrizione. Funziona tutto, dall'aria condizionata al wifi agli elettrodomestici. Ubicazione ottimale con metro, bus e il cc Arenas a due passi. Non si puó certo imputare alla organizzazione l inciviltà di chi fa schiamazzi per strada di notte o... suona a tutti i citofoni perché ha dimenticato chi è o dove ha messo le chiavi. Nel complesso, sistemazione sicuramente da consigliare.

Todo super bien en el piso. En cuanto a la ubicación, no era muy céntrico y no esta al mejor sitio posible. Cuando hicimos la reserva, no estaba muy claro quién pagaba qué. Tardamos un poco en entender el proceso.

Ideal accommodation in a central location. Praise especially to the contact person. She was very friendly and helpful. When the modem did not work, she immediately exchanged it. The facilities of the apartment was great, also in the kitchen we could find everything we needed. We come back happy.

Eine ideale Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Ein Lob vor allem auch an die Kontaktperson. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als das Modem nicht funktionierte, tauschte sie es sofort aus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, auch in der Küche konnten wir alles finden, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
