The apartment is near the Plaza España. The building has been built recently, and all the furniture and other apartment facilities are new.
It has a double room with two single beds, and a second bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort it also has a bathroom with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, and has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table, chairs and a comfortable single sofa bed. The apartment also has heating and air conditioning. It is only a few minutes from the metro station “Plaza España”. Ideal for those interested in the ‘feria de Barcelona’
You can’t check in/check-out between 11pm and 7am. It is possible to pay credit card.
If you want to book this apartment during the Christmas period or for New Year, please consider that the owner doesn’t accept rentals either on the 25th December or the 1st January.

Quelques défauts d'insonorisation évidents. Cela reste correct pour Barcelone, mais il serait bon d'y penser plutôt que de faire valoir les logements par leur équipement audiovisuel, par exemple. La literie de même laisse franchement à désirer... Un accueil et un suivi par le biais du site tout à fait remarquables. Continuez ainsi !! Merci.
