The apartment is near the Plaza España. The building has been built recently, and all the furniture and other apartment facilities are new.
It has a double room with two single beds, and a second bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort it also has a bathroom with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, and has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table, chairs and a comfortable single sofa bed. Check-in from 16:00. If the apartment is available and has been prepared before 16:00, it may be possible to check-in early, subject to agreement with the owner.

Apartment well located in a quiet street, consistent with the description and photos. Only small downside but no very annoying: the shower is really very small and the toaster blew up the meter. We warned the owners.

The only defects were not too comfortable bedding and a few Windows that were impossible to close or not very well sound-proofed, but this has not prevented us from ... a great holiday and be ready to return.
