Tranquil, light-filled apartment for 4 people

Al principio fuimos recibidos de manara atenta y cordial, situacion que cambio una vez que solicite imprimir un tiquete, cosa que me parecio fatal, ya que a la encargada no mostro ningun interes en ayudarme un poco, si bien no era su responsabilidad, deben entender que los usuarios tienen necesidades que a veces se salen del marco cliente-hotel

You could emphasise the convenient position of these apartments. We were pleased to find a good supermarket and an excellent fresh food market practically on the doorstep, the Girona metro stop nearby is convenient for town and beach and the Sagrada Familia is an easy walk.

The location is good, true 15 minutes on foot from La Rambla. A little more for this apartment is that it abuts a clean and well fitted with market, and it\'s good practice to have fresh bread for breakfast.A detail which surprised me as it is someone going to clean up, as the hotel, I didn\'t think... it was planned.The apartment is well. The capricious wifi Internet connection. 

L'emplacement est bien, à 15 vrai minutes à pied de La Rambla. Un petit plus pour cet appartement c'est qu'il jouxte un marché bien propre et bien garnis, et que c'est bien pratique d'avoir du pain frais pour le petit déjeuner. Un détail qui m'a surpris aussi c'est que quelqu'un passe faire le... ménage, comme à l'hôtel, je ne pensais pas que c'était prévu. L'appartement en lui même est bien. La connexion wifi à Internet capricieuse.  

The accommodation was of an excellent standard. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the centre and also the Gaudi Catherdral and houses, yet was also in a quiet area with cheaper (but very good) restaurants. I would highly reccommend this accommodation and if I return to Barcelona I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities of the kitchen is insufficient: no pitcher, only 2 teaspoons, generally the cutlery is in short supply. Abwaschmittel, washing flaps should belong to the inventory, were not there.The device with the clotheslines on the window of the living room is dirty, the clotheslines are broken, ...you can hang any laundry. Bad also, that the cleaning lady Saturday and Sunday will not come. 

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ungenügend: kein Krug, nur 2 Teelöffel, allgemein ist das Besteck knapp. Abwaschmittel, Abwaschlappen sollten zum Inventar gehören, waren nicht da.Die Vorrichtung mit den Wäscheleinen am Fenster des Wohnzimmers ist dreckig, die Wäscheleinen sind kaputt, man kann ...keine Wäsche aufhängen. Schlecht auch, dass die Putzfrau Samstag und Sonntag nicht kommt. 

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass bei der Mietung einer Ferienwohnung, im Gegensatz zu einer Hotelbuchung, kein Reinigungsservice während des Aufenthaltes beinhaltet ist. Es ist lediglich die Endreinigung im Preis inbegriffen.
