Tranquil, light-filled apartment for 4 people

Good three bedroom apartment. Located near the metro stop. Issues of: No cleaning service over weekend. Advertizes internet available. But need to pay for a password to use the wireless router. Bring your ethernet cables! Kitchen needs things. 1. Oven does not work. 2. One 2 inch sharp ...knife in the kitchen for cutting vegetables, which is part of a cork-screw opener. 3. No toaster Apt is close to a supermarket and a fruit market. 20 min walk from Ramblas and 15 min from Sagrada Familia. Barcelona is a beautiful city. Enjoy! 

The owner confirms to have solved the problem with the oven. The costs of internet access have been added to the apartment description. The initial and final cleaning is included in the price but it is not carried out during the stay.

Great value at the price and everything was as promised. Excellent location if you like the Gracia area, and it's an easy walk to Plaza Catalunya and everything in that area. The food market next door made you want to use your kitchen.

The kitchen should have: wine glasses! kettle, frying pan, good knife (large and small), only a broken knife provided. Bedroom: separate switches for bedside lights would be better. A mirror! The window shutters did not close. Could not get the airconditioning working, fortunately did not need ...it. Basin in bathroom was a little blocked & emptied very slowly. Otherwise good apartment. 

Contact person arrived timely appointment, taught us the floor and asked us for the day that we would like to come clean. We gave a mobile phone number if we needed anything. All very correct.

La persona de contacto llegó puntual a la cita, nos enseñó el piso y nos preguntó por el día que nos gustaría que vinieran a limpiar. Nos dió un número de móvil por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Todo muy correcto.

They were renovating the apartment next door, it was very noisy some mornings. Also, we had some ants in the kitchen. But otherwise it was very pleasant.

The location of the apartment was good, because it was located not far from the Centre, it was clean, the beds something too soft, it was at night not too noisy and Mr G. was very nice.

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, da man nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt war, sie war sauber, die Betten etwas zu weich, es war nachts nicht zu laut und Herr G. war sehr nett.

In our floor there is a restoration so they don't do any noise but there is a bad smell in the floor and in our apart also.
