Tanto L. como N. fueron agradables por teléfono y en persona. Teníamos el apartamento caliente cuando llegamos y además nos dejaron más mantas como les pedimos por si acaso las necesitábamos. Se agradecería algo más de calor ambiental así como la revisión de los desagües ya que olían un poco.

pas de problème, agréable appartement très bien situé car métro pas loin quartier sympa et calme. Manque un peu de vaiselle pour quatre personnes (plus que le strict mini). Par contre propre a notre arrivé. Nous sommes content de la prestation.

It was small. Unfortunately hot water short-circuited everything else so cold showers all w/end! Temp. was 36* so didn t really matter.
note of oh-Barcelona (20/07/10) the owner confirmed us that the hot water system has been fixed and a new boiler has been bought.
