Very quiet apartment right in the center of Barcelona, next to the cathedral and to the avenue "Paseo Maritimo". It is located at first floor of a listed building which has been recently renovated. It is very welcoming thanks to the oak beamed ceiling. The temperature of the apartment is the perfect one: warm in winter and cool in summer.
In the apartment you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed and a third bedroom with a double bed and a pretty wall decorated with Venetian plaster.
In the living /dining room there is a 32 inchs sat tv , HI-FI, video player with films, a Playstation 2 and a Pc with Internet connection. The apartment is fully equipped and comes with sheets, towels, iron, kitchen utensils etc.. In the kitchen besides of an electric cooker, a fridge and a washing machine, you will find a toaster, an electric oven, a microvawe and a mixer.In the bathroom there is a sink, a wide shower a service and an hairdryer.
Despite the apartment has been refurbished it mantains the old style and the characteristic wooden doors . The main entrance is made of marble and has been recently painted.
Also for parents with a newborn child, we have a pram stroll along the city.
Included in the rental price you'll also find: internet conection, a Pay as you go mobile telephone is available for those who cannot use their mobile phones, a cot and a stroller. Just ask the owner.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L3 L4metro lines run along both right and left borders of the Gòtico, while the transport hub of Plaça Catalunya (and its airport buses) sits just to the top. Mostly accessible on foot, through the windy medieval streets.

Nous avons très bien été accuillis par une dame charmante qui a fait l'effort de parler français. L'appartement, charmant et cossu est idéalement situé dans le vieux quartier de Barcelone. C4est une adresse à recommander et nous y retournerons un jour.

Appartement agréable, spacieux, très bien équipé, idéalement situé dans le quartier gothique, et en retrait de la rue, donc très au calme même en soirée. Effectivement assez sombre, mais qui s'enfermerait durant la journée à Barcelone ? A deux pas du centre et de la Rambla, tout près de la plage, bref, parfait... Accueil très chaleureux, une adresse que je recommande vivement!

Ce logement est très coquet et les photos que vous publiez sur internet ne lui rendent pas justice. J'ai b eaucoup apprécié d'avoir un ordinateur. Quand j'ai pris contact avec oh-Barcelona pour leur dire notre heure d'arrivée,la personne ressource exigeait une heure précise, ce qui est impossible. De plus, communiquer de l'aéroport s'avère compliqué si nous n'avons pas de portable (ce qui était notre cas).

The apartment was exactly as described, the facilities were excellent and it was clean and comfortable.
