    • Very quiet apartment right in the center of Barcelona, next to the cathedral and to the avenue "Paseo Maritimo". It is located at first floor of a listed building which has been recently renovated. It is very welcoming thanks to the oak beamed ceiling. The temperature of the apartment is the perfect one: warm in winter and cool in summer.
      In the apartment you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed and a third bedroom with a double bed and a pretty wall decorated with Venetian plaster.
      In the living /dining room there is a 32 inchs sat tv , HI-FI, video player with films, a Playstation 2 and a Pc with Internet connection. The apartment is fully equipped and comes with sheets, towels, iron, kitchen utensils etc.. In the kitchen besides of an electric cooker, a fridge and a washing machine, you will find a toaster, an electric oven, a microvawe and a mixer.In the bathroom there is a sink, a wide shower a service and an hairdryer. 
      Despite the apartment has been refurbished it mantains the old style and the characteristic wooden doors . The main entrance is made of marble and has been recently painted. 
      Also for parents with a newborn child, we have a pram stroll along the city.

      Included in the rental price you'll also find: internet conection, a Pay as you go mobile telephone is available for those who cannot use their mobile phones, a cot and a stroller. Just ask the owner.
