This is a very sunny apartment with a lovely furnished terrace and a total area of 95m2.
The apartment is located just one minute's walk from the Plaça del Centre and the metro stop which goes by the same name, the direct line from which will take you to Plaça Catalunya. In the immediate vicinity you will also find Plaça Espanya, which attracts tourists from around the globe with its 'Magic Fountain'.
The apartment can accommodate up to six people, thanks to the 3 bedrooms, two with a single bed eacn and the other with two twin beds, which can be placed together, and the sofa-bed in the living-room. The living-room is extremely sunny and tranquil, and includes all mod-cons, such as air-conditioning, heating, satelite television, hifi-system, radio and internet connection. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need during your stay. In order to guarantee you the maximum in terms of comfort, the apartment has two bathrooms, a full one with shower, washbasin and toilet and a further one with washbasin and toilet. You can also request- at no additional cost- a cot, a DVD player and a hairdryer.
For stays exceeding a week in length a free cleaning service is provided.

Apt very nice, clean and spacious. Toilet leaking upstairs though and air conditioning difficult to control. We had downstairs one on but couldn't switch it off and couldn't get upstairs to go on but it was right over the bed so it may have been too cold if it was on during the night anyway.
