This is a sunny and tranquil apartment with a modern design located in the district of Sants. The apartment- measuring 85 sqm- has a balcony which overlooks the street, two bedrooms with two twin beds in each (which can be put together to make double beds) and a double sofa-bed in the living-room. The amenities include all the conforts, such as air-conditioning, heating, satelite television, hifi system, radio and internet connection. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. There is a fully-equipped bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
You can request- at no additional cost- a cot, a DVD player and a hairdryer. For stays exceeding a week in length a free cleaning service is provided.
Berlín street, where the apartment is located, is a very well-known street close to Plaça Espanya in the district of Sants, one of the most commercial and touristic areas of the city. Plaça Catalunya and the Ramblas are located just 5 minutes away by metro (taking the metro from the 'Plaça del Centre' stop, which can be found just in front of the apartment).

The apartment was clean and provided all basic amenities. The stove is match lit, which was mentioned to us. We didn't have matches, but upon calling they brought us some. Also no salt or other seasonings provided. Good luck figuring out the washing machine (we don't recommend drying your clothes in the machine). The location was nice, safe and quiet although a distance from the city center. Easy to reach by metro and train. Oh-Barcelona was very good about providing information upon request. It would be nice if a little more was provided up front without needing to ask, but helpful nonetheless.

The furnishing is too basic. The bedrooms are small, not much space. An attached bathroom would be better and two toilets are needed if the apartment were to be used by 3 or more people. The website is informative and efficient. There should be someone on-site ready to check-in guests. No waiting space is provided. Guests are left to stand until the contact person arrives.
