This is a spacious, modern apartment, with an area of 115 sqm and a lovely balcony with views over the district of Sants, one of the most well-known commercial and touristic areas of the city. Plaça Catalunya and the Ramblas are located just 5 minutes away by metro (taking the metro from the 'Plaça del Centre' stop, which can be found just in front of the apartment).
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, one with two twin beds which can be put together in order to make a double bed and three rooms with one single bed in each. In the living-room there is a double sofa-bed for 2 extra people. The living-room is very sunny and tranquil, and includes all comfort, such as air-conditioning, heating, satelite television, hifi-system, radio and internet connection. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need during your stay. In order to guarantee you the maximum in terms of comfort, the apartment has two complete bathrooms, both with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. You can also request- at no additional cost- a cot, a DVD player and a hairdryer. For stays exceeding a week in length a free cleaning service is provided.

Vraiment rien à redire, tout s'est bien passé, nous n' avons pas rencontré de problèmes; l'appartement était propre, la personne de contact sympa, et le service très bien aussi. Très bon accueil à l'heure dite avec des indications touristiques. Très satisfaite du logement et de l'accueil. Appartement très bien situé proche du métro et commerces, clim très appréciable, aucune chambre ne donnent sur la rue. Concernant l'équipement : un lave-vaisselle serait ...préférable à un lave linge, l'appartement est prévu pour 7 personnes, dans ce cas il manque une chaise pour la table de salle à manger. Ascenseur en panne en fin de week end du 15 août.
