This apartment is located just one minute's walk from the Plaça del Centre and the metro stop which goes by the same name, the direct line from which will take you to Plaça Catalunya. In the immediate vicinity you will also find Plaça Espanya, which attracts tourists from around the globe with its 'Magic Fountain'.
This is a very sunny apartment with a lovely furnished terrace and a total area of 95 sqm. It can accommodate up to six people, thanks to the three bedrooms, 2 with one single bed in each and the other one with two twin beds, which can be placed together, and the sofa-bed in the living-room. The living-room is extremely sunny and tranquil, and includes all mod-cons, such as air-conditioning, heating, satelite television, hifi-system, radio and internet connection. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need during your stay. In order to guarantee you the maximum in terms of comfort, the apartment has two bathrooms, a full one with shower, washbasin and toilet and a further one with washbasin and toilet. You can also request- at no additional cost- a cot, a DVD player and a hairdryer.

Très grosse surprise puisqu'il s'agit d'un duplex, ce qui n'est pas précisé avec clarté sur le site. Remise des clés rapide, la personne parlait un peu francais et était accueillante. Les + : accueil téléphonique, site internet Les - : certains appartements ont des restrictions d'ages, ce qui a compliqué notre recherche

neither bathroom was fully functioning - the top one, the sink leaked, while in the bottom the toilet didn't flush so it was useless. It would also be handy to have an oven tray for use. And the TV is really difficult to work - took ages, largely because the batteries were flat. The young man who ...met us at the apartment was really helpful and spoke excellent English.
