      L’Eixample is true Barcelona district through-and-through: the characteristic grid layout of its streets, a large number of modernist buildings and lively local life with shops, restaurants and sunny cafés, etc. All the hustle and bustle of daytime activity turns to pleasant calm when night falls and makes it the ideal place to rest after a tourist or business day.
      The area is well-communicated and all other city’s neuralgic centres (Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluña, Ramblas, etc.) are only few minutes away by bus or subway.
