La propriétaire est très agréable et serviable. Le logement pour 2 personnes dispose d'une chambre dissociée de la cuisine séjour : c'est un petit appartement neuf et très propre. La propriétaire accepte que la caution (200 ? et non 300 ?) soit payée par carte bancaire : le remboursement s'effectue par ce même moyen. L'environnement est calme sauf...le grondement souterrain du métro qui pertube le sommeil pour ceux qui ne sont pas habitués. En terme de parking, ce serait bien de préciser que 2 sortes de parking proches du logement existent : 1 en souterrain payant et 1 autre en aérien payant le jour et gratuit le soir et le week-end.
