This is a small but beautiful apartment with view of the beach and the sea - just a minute walking from your front door. The accommodation which has been tastefully restored and modernised, comprises: Double bedroom, lounge-dining- kitchen, bathroom with hydro massage shower and a balcony terrace where you can dine as you watch the sun set over the sea. In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 x 135cm)this is only suitable for a young child not an adult. Located in the Barceloneta district of Barcelona city centre the flat is a ten minute walk from the nightlife, shopping and culture of El Born or the medieval centre and a twenty minute taxi ride from the airport. You are surrounded by great seafood restaurants and located in what is by night one the quietest areas of the city with little traffic noise and the nightlife in this zone tending to end at midnight (you are still only a ten minute walk from later nightlife if you want it).
We regret that all male groups of 3 are not accepted at this property.
For Xmas reservations please note that the landlord will not accept arrivals or departures on the 25th December or the 1st January. For arrivals between 23.00hrs and 07.00hrs there is a supplement of 20€ to be paid directly to the owner on arrival.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist aber sehr laut dort. Vor allem die Nachbarn sind sehr laut, und halten sich jedenfalls nicht an die Ruhezeiten. Die Matratze im Bett müsste unbedingt erneuert werden. Cameron ist ein richtig netter Mensch. Er hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Auch die Leute in Barceloneta sind super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spot on! Apartment was great, everything we needed, clean and tidy. Couldnt have asked for a better location with beach and amenities on the doorstep. Only negative was noise levels outside with it being in a residential street - it didnt take us long to get used to!! Thanks for a great stay!!! Defo recommended and will defo return in the not too distant future. A *****

noi ci siamo stati solo una sera perche'si e' guastato lo scaldabagno e ci siamo trasferiti in un'altro appartamento al centro molto confortevole,pero penso che ci saremmo trovati discretamente bene la scala dello stabile era un po bruttina

If living amoung the locals appeals to you then this is ideal. We loved it here, although at first appearences we were not sure. Entering in the appartment for the fist time, and meeting Cameron put our minds at rest. Appt had all we need, yes small, but ideal for two. Location perfect for beach and city.
