This attic is located right in the centre of Barcelona, very close to the famous Plaça Catalunya, the real heart of the city.
This attic, equipped with air-conditioning and heating, measures approximately 40m2 and is furnished with a minimalist design, light colours in order to make the most of the natural light it receives, and parquet flooring. It features a studio room, with a welcoming table for 4, a flat-screen television and fully-equipped American-style kitchen with microwave and fridge on one side and on the other side a sofa-bed for 2 people. Aside from this multi-purpose area, there is also a bathroom with a lovely shower.
However, what makes this apartment particularly special is its lovely furnished terrace, where you will be able to enjoy wonderful relaxing moments and enjoy the highest degree of privacy and tranquillity, due to the fact that the apartment is located on the top floor, and, whenever you wish, return to Barcelona's animated life just by leaving the apartment. Thanks to the apartment's fantastic location, you will easily be able to get to the city's most famous sites, such as the "Ramblas", "Casa Battlo'", "Portal del Angel" and Plaza Catalunya.

Extras
Clients must call the concierge when they arrive to the airport so they can arrange the time to meet at the apartment. Earliest check-in is at 14:00 h. In the case of earlier arrivals, luggage may be left at the nearest office (details are given in the booking confirmation). Check-ins after 20:00h incur an additional fee of 25€.
For stays of more than seven days there will be an extra cleaning service, roughly half-way through the stay.
The price for an extra cleaning service in the apartment is from 30 €.
The cost of an extra set of sheets is from 5 € a bed.
The cost of an extra set of towels is from 3 € per person.
The owner cannot offer a laundry service.

Das kleine Studio war absolut in Ordnung, möchte man mitten im Stadtleben sein und doch ruhige Momente erleben, gibt es eigentlich keinen besseren Platz in Barcelona. Wer sich sorgt, wenn es heißt-elektronischer check in, kann dies getrost vergessen. Die Erläuterungen sind leicht nachvollziehbar und im Hand umdrehen ist man drin, in seiner Unterkunft. Das Bett ist eine Schlafcouch, die vom Platz vollkommen für zwei Personen ausreicht. Für Schläfer, die es auf eine harte Unterlage zieht, könnte die Schlafgelegenheit etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, aber mal ehrlich- wer verbringt in BCN schon viel Zeit im Bett. Gab es etwas zu regeln, war zu den angegebenen Zeiten immer ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner erreichbar. War das Team mit Anrufen überlastet, wurde ein Rückruf versprochen und erfolgte auch promt. oh-Barcelona kann man reinen Gewissens weiter empfehlen
