Give yourself the gift of a wonderful stay in Barcelona in this charming apartment, which offers you the opportunity to experience city life at its fullest.
This apartment, measuring approximately 60m2, has been tastefully and functionally furnished, in a modern, light and minimalist style. One of its walls features a detail of Casa Battlò for you to admire, a work by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi, which each year attracts thousands of tourists from around the globe.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, due to the fact it has 1 bedroom with two single beds, as well as a sofa-bed in the living-room. It comes equipped with air-conditioning and heating, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, cutlery and crockery, WIFI internet access and a light-filled living-room with a table for 4.
Its location is the apartment's trump card: right in the heart of the city, a short distance from the famous "Ramblas" and close to the main tourist attractions, such as "Casa Batllò", "la Pedrera", the colourful market of "la Boqueria", the Cathedral and its "Barrio Gotico". You will be able to reach the front door with just a short walk down the Ramblas.

Extras
Clients must call the concierge when they arrive to the airport so they can arrange the time to meet at the apartment. Earliest check-in is at 14:00 h. In the case of earlier arrivals, luggage may be left at the nearest office (details are given in the booking confirmation). Check-ins after 20:00h incur an additional fee of 25€.
For stays of more than seven days there will be an extra cleaning service, roughly half-way through the stay.
The price for an extra cleaning service in the apartment is from 30 €.
The cost of an extra set of sheets is from 5 € a bed.
The cost for an extra set of towels is from 3 € per person.
The owner cannot offer a laundry service.

8,5/10 appartement très agréable,propre,bien équipé, et surtout,idéalement situé pour visiter un maximum de choses en un minimum de temps,bref,conforme à l'annonce.Tout est à proximité:magasins,supermarcher,parking souterrain (cher),metro,bus (y compris touristique),et beaucoup de sites à visiter.Nous avons eu un très bon échange avec le contact, mais attention,il faut savoir parler anglais ou espagnol.Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants,et nous avons passé un super séjour.

fueron solo 2 noches que estuvimos pero es un piso excelente para estancias largas. muy bien ubicado, muy bueno el equipamiento del piso. una sola pega: en la web se anuncia "con asensor" pero el mismo esta a partir del 1º piso, hasta el cual hay que subir las escaleras, en caso de tener cochecito de bebe es bastante incomodo.

Ubicació excel.lent. Tot i estar molt cèntric, el carrer a la nit és molt tranquil. Equipament i neteja molt bona. S'agrairia un petit rentaplats així com un radiador al bany. L'equipatge és un problema si es vol allargar l'estada un cop fet el check-out. L'opció de consigna que s'ofereix està lluny dels apartaments.

Apartamento muy limpio, pero barrio bonito, muy centrico, piso bien decorado. Nos ha gustado mucho. Tengo que volver a barcelona en un par de semanas, volvere a contactarles y ver si me puedo alojar en el mismo piso.
