Seul petit inconvénient pour 5 personnes : les toilettes dans la salle de bain
this accommodation was not our first choice but after our apartment was cancelled this accommodation was a good alternative. there was a problem with the hot water and there was no kettle to boil water but otherwise it was fine
We had some problems with the accommodation, and were paid back some money due to this. We were not happy with the location. The contact person O. was very polite and extremely helpful.

We confirm you that the problem was resolved during your stay by refunding a part of the amount paid. Regarding the apartment location, inform you that on the tab "surroundings" of each apartment there is a little introduction of the neighborhood in our website. Also remind you that our customer care service is open all the days of the week from 11am to 8pm for any question or doubt.

Très accueillant et souriant.
Good and clean appartment, smaller than expected, but enough for 3 adults. Mattresses a bit uncomfortable. Neighbourhood is pleasant, although a bit noisy at night (garbage vans, cleaners etc). Metro Paral-lel is easiest (10 minutes). oh-barcelona.com very friendly and helpful!

Last day, when we were locked out of the apartment and heading to the airport, and need to go get something we forgot in the apartment, we called the contact person S, and after 15 min she stopped by and helped us, no she actually saved us! That is excellent service!
