It consists of three exterior bedrooms, two of them with a single bed, the other one with a set of bunk beds. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a WC and the kitchen is rather small, but fully equipped, so you can prepare all your favourite dishes.
The flat conserves its originality with mosaic floors in the living room and wooden beams on the ceilings of the entire flat.
Situated in the area of Poble Sec, close to the Avenue Parallel, you will be able to enjoy a great variety of bars and restaurants and have a taste of the local gastronomy. Also, do not miss one of the many shows offered by the numerous theatres, such as the well-known Molino, nearby the apartment.
This is also a very good choice for business people, due to its proximity to Plaza España. From the metro station of Parallel you will be able to access the funicular to Montjuic, from which you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view over the city.

tolle typische gut ausgestattete Whg. in angesagtem barrio.Wohnung war gut renoviert ,tolles neues Bad, alles funktionierte. Nette Restaurants und Bars um die Ecke. O. muy buena gente,alegre, sabiendo,amable etc!

Die Wohnung ist kleiner als am Foto, aber gemütlich und funktionell. Bei Regenwetter leider feucht und kalt, was man schon aushält, wenn man nur zum Schlafen da ist. Ansonsten eine Unterkunft, die einfachen Ansprüchen genügt. Geeignet für Familien mit Teenagern oder gute Freunde, da man nur ein kleines Bad mit WC zur Verfügung hat. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und ordentlich. Etwas wenig Besteck (scharfe Messer, große Tassen) war vorhanden. Ein kleiner Innenhof-Balkon gibt einen romantischen Einblick in katalonisches Hinterhaus-Leben. Nachts war es ruhig, allerdings hörte man am frühen Morgen die Müllabfuhr/Straßenreinigung. Stark lärmempfindliche Personen sollten sich vielleicht mit Ohrenstöpseln ausstatten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir O von oh-barcelona.com, der uns empfangen hat und uns eine gute Stunde zu allen Hot spots in Barcelona beraten hat. Er war äußerst freundlich und engagiert und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sofort willkommen und in guter Urlaubsstimmung gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liegt in einem gepflegten Multikulti-Viertel. Alles in Allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden und würden bei durchgehendem Schönwetter wieder dort wohnen, dann kann man sich sicherlich vor der Hitze der Stadt in eine kühle, ruhige Wohnung flüchten.

this accommodation was not our first choice but after our apartment was cancelled this accommodation was a good alternative. there was a problem with the hot water and there was no kettle to boil water but otherwise it was fine
