Modern apartment with terrace near the Sagrada Familia

Very nice apartment with a large terrace which housed our breakfasts. Conveniently located neighborhood and relatively quiet, but we are not going to Barcelona for the peace. The bedding is very good quality and our nights were peaceful. Very close to metro station and the ... taxis frequently pass.... Small downside: the dishes. 5 knives and forks for three people is a little short.The home, both in France and in Barcelona, was very friendly. Expected us to the apartment for our arrival. On the other hand, when we left, our aircraft being at 7: 25 pm we couldn\'t continue our visit with the luggage. The solution: place in the offices of the owner. But these are located far away (to the Plaça de España) and address, in a passage, was unknown to our taxi driver. I think that it would be to reflect on top. I would however recommend your services. 

Appartement très agréable avec sa grande terrasse qui accueillait nos petits déjeuners. Quartier bien situé et relativement calme, mais on ne va pas à Barcelone pour la tranquillité. La literie est de très bonne qualité et nos nuits furent paisibles. Station de métro très proche et les ...taxis passent fréquemment. Petit bémol : la vaisselle. 5 couteaux et fourchettes pour trois personnes c'est un peu court. L'accueil, tant en France qu'à Barcelone, fut très aimable. On nous attendait à l'appartement à notre arrivée. En revanche, lors de notre départ, notre avion étant à 19h25 nous ne pouvions continuer notre visite avec les bagages. La solution : les déposer dans les bureaux du proprietaire. Mais ceux-ci sont situés bien loin (vers la Placa d'Espana) et l'adresse, dans un passage, était inconnue de notre chauffeur de taxi. Je pense qu'il y aurait à réfléchir la-dessus. Je recommanderai pourtant vos services. 

All satisfactory, the apartment is well located (Sagrada, metro). very good contact with Oh-Barcelona (schedules, e-mail exchanges).General cleanliness is correct but no more and the bathroom is very small. The terrace is obviously a significant asset in good weather.

Ensemble satisfaisant, l'appartement est bien situé (Sagrada, métro à proximité). très bon contact avec Oh-Barcelona (horaires, échanges de courriels). La propreté générale est correcte mais sans plus et la salle de bain est très petite. La terrasse est évidemment un atout non négligeable par beau temps.

Very, very, very well! Good view, clean, large terrace. two beautiful rooms. Nothing to say! Very nice contact person. We waited a bit, but he told us so really everything!

Très, très, très bien! Bonne vue, propre, grande terrace. deux belles chambres. Rien a dire! Personne de contact très gentille. On a attendu un peu mais il nous avait dit donc tout vraiment bien!

Lovely apartment, very well located. Close to the metro and the sagrada familia Basilica. Our contact was on time. She speaks English and Spanish. We strongly recommend this apartment.

Jolie appartement, très bien situé. Proche du métro et de la basilique sagrada familia. Notre contact était à l'heure. Elle parle anglais et espagnol. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

La terrasse est très well. Assez large (30 m 2 environ) ensoleillee et toute la Journée. l\'avenue d\'en bas est un peu bruyante mais ca reste supportable. Reste Le l\'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Clim et le wifi fonctionne tres well. IL and des epiceries et toutes sortes of commerces ...aux pieds l\'immeuble. Nous avons passé trois semaines et aucuns regrets presque and (if EC n\'est peut être la situation géographique, on est un peu loin du \"centre\" de Barcelone).

It's a little way to Las Rambla from Sagrada Famillia but there a metro station right next to the church. Buy a 10 journey ticket, which can be used by more than one person. The apartment is lovely but could do with some English TV channels, a second tea towel and a couple more bath towels. And ...we didn't have any soap in the bathroom when we arrived. For guests arriving after the shops shut it might be nice to offer them the option of purchasing a basics food pack - containing water, coffee, milk, fruit juice, bread and so on.
