Do you fancy having breakfast over-looking the Sagrada Familia from a unique location? Are you a fan of Gaudi’s work? Then you have found the perfect apartment for you to spend a few days in Ciutat Contal.
The whole building was newly built in 2010. Upon your arrival you will be met with a brand new apartment of the highest quality. The apartment contains two bedrooms, one which has a double bed of 1.50 metres and the other containing two single beds that can be easily put together to form a double. The kitchen, which has all the latest electrical mod cons, makes it easy to put together a Spanish paella or just an afternoon snack. It also contains a tea pot, different types of coffee makers as well as different types of pots and pans to prepare spaghetti…
The building contains a lift and the apartment has hot and cold air conditioning so that you can adjust the conditions of the apartment to your taste. Given that the apartment is on the fourth floor of the building, it not only has views of the Sagrada Familia but also of the Torre de Aigua, another modern Barcelona structure.
All the bedrooms have double glazing. The apartment is furnished with a large television, a DVD player, a music system, a washing machine and an i-pod/i-phone dock. The apartment has all the mod-cons necessary to ensure that your visit is an enjoyable one.
There are also some children's toys, DVD’s of classic Spanish films (also in English), books and other things in the flat which will help to make your stay in Barcelona an unforgettable one. You will be very welcome!
