This beautiful flat, measuring an outstanding 71m2 with parquet floors, is located in the true centre of Barcelona, in a quiet street and near the metro station (line 4 and 5). There are many bars with terraces to be found in this street, where you can enjoy, especially during spring and summer, a refreshing drink or a relaxing chat with friends, without loosing out on seeing the centre of Barcelona. In case you will come with your famitly, near the avenue Paseo san Juan, you will find differents leisure and game espaces for children between 2 and 12 years.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of five people, with three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two each having a single bed. The living-room contains a relaxation area with a single sofa-bed and an area for dining, with a table and chairs.
The separate kitchen comes fully equipped with all mod-cons, such as a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toaster.
The apartment has WiFi internet connection and also is included: a satellite television, a DVD player and video as well as a HI-FI system.
Lastly, in order to guarantee visitors the maximum in terms of comfort, you will find two bathrooms equipped with a shower.

In our apartment we had two bathrooms but we were able use only one. One was closed and we couldn't use it. We were two couples and arrived in different times so I didn't meet the contact person. But my friend told me, everything was ok.

"Now both of the bathrooms are fully functional, in fact, the apartment has been blocked during November and December of last year in order to renovate it completely."

Todo muy bien, exepto los elementos de cocina que en apariencia estaban limpios pero en el fondo no lo estaban, los armarios de la cocina en regular estado y mal olientes. Las toallas "blancas" estaban muy percudias y amarillentas, realmente me daba un poco de asco secarme con ellas, y saque las mias. No habian toallas para el suelo a la salida de la ducha. La atencion fue exelente y el servicio 1 A. Hubo una fuga de agua en el grifo de la cocina y en la cisterna del baño que fueron reparadas con rapidez y eficacia.

Nice apartment with a good location! The bathtub was un-usable (see Norman's comment about operating the toilet and water bubbling in the tub), but other than that we were satisfied. We are 4 non-smoking people and we didn't notice any smell of smoke in the apartment during our stay. Contact person was also supernice and helpful.

The owner confirms that he has fixed the problem with the bathtub.
