Description
The apartment is situated on the first floor, at the front, which has recently been fully restored to a high standard.
It has three double bedrooms (all with a double beds), a large lounge/diner (with fold out sofa double bed), a kitchen, a single bathroom with WC, and a separate WC. It is ideal for families or business trips and provides all the normal amenities plus: cable TV, a computer with full ADSL broadband Internet access, WiFi access, UK plug adapters.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything needed for self catering. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort. All bedding and towels are provided and essential arrival provisions (such as milk, coffee, tea, water, salt, oil etc..) are also provided.
There are several supermarkets and all normal shops within a 100m radius as well as several secure public car parks. Street side parking is free in August.
It is a two minutes walk from the nearest Metro (Monumental) and five minutes to the Sagrada Familia. So, if you are looking for a modern apartment, with a very stylish decoration, centrally located and very well communicated, this is the apartment for you.

For scheduled arrivals after 22:00, there is a 30€ late check-in fee. This fee will only be charged for scheduled late arrivals not late arrivals caused be flight delays, etc.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L2 L3 L4 L5line 4 of the metro will carry you straight down to Barceloneta beach, while purple line 2 stops right outside the Sagrada Família. Loads of buses to boot (the Estació del Nord bus terminal is nearby).

Appartamento in ottime condizioni con tutti i confort,vicinissimo alla sagrada familia,abbastanza vicino alla rambla, che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, a due passi dalla metropolitana.Persone di contatto gentilissime e disponibilissime!davvero ve lo consiglio!

Perfect location, clean and pretty, yet noisy neighbors (poor phonic isolation of the entire building and of the apartment). For 6 persons and additional bathroom (or at least sink) would be appropriate.
