    • This charming and comfortable 80m2 apartment has a 35m2 terrace, replete with plants, and is ideal for work stays as well as holidays with family and friends. Here, you will be located just 300 metres from the 'Palau Nacional' (Barcelona's Palace), as well as Barcelona's well-known FIRA business-fair area, where year upon year numerous meetings and congresses are held.

      The fantastic location of the apartment means that you will easily be able to access all of the area's main points of interest. There are several important city museums located nearby, such as the magnificent MNAC (The National Museum of Catalan Art), from the stairway leading to which you will be able to enjoy one of the most stunning views over the city. You will also find the Miro' Foundation, the Caixaforum and Mies Van der Rohe Pavillion. Thanks to the urban renewal here, set into action by the Olympic Games which were held here in 1992, an Olympic Stadium and the 'Palau Sant Jordi', a multi-sports arena which is often used as a concert hall. Whilst on Montjuic, you will be able to visit Barcelona's Botanical gardens, as well as exploring the curious 'Poble Espanyol', an open-air village in which several full-scale buildings, squares and streets representing different cities within Spain are recreated.
      'Espanya' metro station (lines 1 and 3) is located just 300 metres away from the apartment, using which you will be easily able to get around the city. Line 3 will take you directly to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona- Las Ramblas- and to Barcelona's port area, where the MareMagnum shopping centre is located. For sports-lovers, there is the famous 'Camp Nou', Barca's football club, which you will be able to find by heading to 'Les Corts' metro stop on line 3, in the direction of the university area.
      Just 4 stops on the red metro line will get you to the centre of the city, Plaza Catalunya, and from there in two stops you can get to the Arc de Triomf. Both of these lines are well connected, and within the immediate vicinity of the stations you will find numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

      This large, 80m2 apartment, with a terrace, is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It is situated in a calm street in the shadow of the hill of Montjuic and right behind the Caixaforum. Its location, layout and the care taken in its decoration and design give an incomparable impression of peace and tranquillity. It has a maximum capacity of 6 people, and comprises two large double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds and a one-sleeper sofa-bed). The apartment has a large lounge which opens out to the terrace, with a comfortable two-sleeper sofa-bed. If you are looking forward to enjoying meals in a relaxed, open-air atmosphere, you will be able to do so on the magnificent 35m2 terrace.
      The lounge comes equipped with a plasma-screen TV and DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has all of the necessary tools and utensils for your stay (and is equiped with washing machine). The bathroom, with toilet and bath, is ideal for chilling out after a long day walking around the streets of Barcelona and visiting the many tourist attractions.

      Important note: This apartment is located in a quiet and family orientated building where it is absolutely prohibited making excessive noise after 23h.
