This pleasant apartment is near the famous Plaza Real, built in the 19th century. The square hosts many bars, restaurants and terraces that fill its grand arches, and in its centre stands a large fountain, “La Fuente de las Tres Gracias”.
The Barrio Gotico is a very lively area where you will find many typical shops. In this neighbourhood, without walking far, you will come across the historic and cultural past of Barcelona.
This spacious, 106 sqm apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift and concierge. There are three double bedrooms (two with two single beds and one with a bunk bed), a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.
The living room is a very comfortable space with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, a DVD player, radio and internet connection with a telephone and a sofa where you can relax after a long day in the streets of Barcelona.
The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances that you could need during your stay: an oven, microwave, coffee pot, juicer and grill.
There is also a washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom has a shower/tub, sink and WC

We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a great location, really well connected and so close to La Ranbla. When we arrived it was a really busy area and after having some food and drinks we returned to the apartment. It was very busy outside the front door and thought it would be a restless night - however, inside the apartment you couldn't hear a thing! Everything available that we required and corner shop within 30 second walk for essentials. Would definately stay again.

Unterkunft entspricht den Bewertungen und der Beschreibung. Kleinigkeiten könnten in der Wohnung in Ordnung gebracht werden, z.B. Kühlschrank, lose Handtuchhalter, schwergängige Fensterläden und Fenster.

Super Wohnung. Bis auf die Klima/Heizung. Die Heizung war leider nicht in Betrieb und nur mit der Klima die auch Heitzen soll ist es am Abend leider zu kalt in der Wohnung für Dezember. Außerdem ist diese dann auch sehr laut.

Unsere Kontaktperson hatte uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Notfall vorliegen würde und wir aus diesem Grunde zunächst mit der anderen Wohn ung Vorlieb nehmen solten. We really enjoyed our stay in this appartment, but we regretted the fact that the kitchen is quite dark without any view and you easily hit your head while opening the window as is just above the beds in the bedroom with 2 single beds. But...we loved the place anyhow!
