This pleasant apartment is near the famous Plaza Real, built in the 19th century. The square hosts many bars, restaurants and terraces that fill its grand arches, and in its centre stands a large fountain, “La Fuente de las Tres Gracias”.
The Barrio Gotico is a very lively area where you will find many typical shops. In this neighbourhood, without walking far, you will come across the historic and cultural past of Barcelona.
This 90sqm apartment is in a traditional building with a lift. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with two singles beds each.
The wide and bright living room has a double sofa bed and a table with chairs. It is a very comfortable room, with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, DVD player, radio and internet connection.
The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances that you could need during your stay: an oven, microwave, coffee pot, juicer and grill. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

Un piso muy bien situado,entre la plaza real y las ramblas, pero tranquilo. La persona de contacto, A., simpatica. No falta nada, el unico problemo es que los aseos en el cuarto de bano, cuando viven 6 personas en el piso, no es facil.

This was an excellent choice for us - right in the center but very quiet and secure. A. the contact was very helpful and gave us good guidance. Would definitely stay in same apartment when visiting in future.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Beschreibung ist die Rede von einem Balkon, dieser ist aber sehr klein. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The apartment has an excellent location, however the quality of maintenance could be improved. We had a great time in Barcelona, and were very happy with the service provided by Oh-Barcelona.com.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer der schönsten Ecken, fanden wir zumindest. Wer das gothische Viertel liebt, fühlt sich hier wohl. Die Wohnung hat Charme ohne Ende, wenngleich sie nur in den Innenhof grenzt. Der normale "Lärm" von anderen Bewohnern verstummte stets spätestens 23 Uhr, also kein Problem. Wir fanden das keinen Makel. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war einfach schön! Und toll, dass der Besitzer Deutsch spricht, da waren Absprachen ganz schnell erledigt. Netter Besitzer!
