This apartment is located on one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona: the Paseo de Sant Joan. In the middle of the 19th century, thanks to the Industrial Revolution, Barcelona endured a great population growth and urban expansion, forcing the city to reorganise. As a result, the centre changed and the modern-day Eixample was born, with the architect Idelfons Cerdá following a rectangular template. In this area you will find some of the most famous squares and streets of the city, such as Rambla Catalunya, the elegant Paseo de Gracia or the wide Avenida Diagonal that will lead you up to the Mercado de los Encants.
This 95sqm apartment is on the first floor of a typical Eixample building and has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
The main bedroom, with a double bed and various spaces to store your clothes, has a private bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The living room gets plenty of sunlight, owing to its large windows. In this room you will find all the comforts of home: a double sofa bed, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, a DVD player, HiFi, radio, telephone and Wifi internet connection. The kitchen is wide and has a table with chairs, an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, juicer, grill and all the kitchen utensils you need to cook up your favourite meals. die wohnung liegt sehr zentral zu allen hotspots, sehr positiv. leider gibt es im nebenhaus eine bar, die vor allem fr. und sa. mit lauter musik auch das appartement beschallt. kicker und stimmen sind auch gut zu vernehmen. auch die metro ist durch vibration und fahrgeräusch zu hören, aber weniger nervig als der barlärm. das appartement selbst ist geräumig und überzeugt mit zwei schlafräumen und bädern. sehr negativ: das bett in einem der beiden schlafzimmer ist ein schlafsofa, das sehr zu wünsch übrig lässt, da viel zu weich, so dass der schlafende rost und gestell im rücken zu spüren bekommt. daher nur mittelmässig zu werten - vor allem bei dem preis. der tv- tisch gleicht einer abschüssigen ebene. toll ists hingegen auf der terrasse zu sitzen und in barcelonas himmel zu schauen. . .

Although a great location, the apartment was filthy when we arrived - what looked like a student party had taken place the week before and the cleaner was still working through it. General condition was shabby and floors very scuffed. Some furniture falling apart.

non è grande come sembrerebbe dalle foto, ma è davvero molto carino. i tavoli non sono molto grandi e le due sedie sul terrazzo erano entrambe rotte. a parte questo, è davvero un bell'appartamento soprattutto per la posizione!!!
