Cosy apartment next to the Ramblas

The apartment is well, is cozy, but has certain deficiencies, which perhaps makes that the stay has not been all that could have been nice. The bathroom is not a pleasant site in its appearance. Do not have good insulation adjusting window and balcony, and above all ... case of an area with much ...bustling both day and night, makes the noise constant. It is not recommended for people with fragile dream, or that can not sleep with noise. Dealing with the owner was correct at all times. 

El apartamento está bien, es acogedor, pero tiene ciertas deficiencias que quizás hace que la estancia no haya sido todo lo agradable que podía haber sido. El baño no es un sitio agradable en su aspecto. Al no disponer de un buen aislamiento adecuando en ventana y balcón, y sobre todo ...tratandose de una zona con mucho bullicio tanto de día como de noche, hace que el ruido exterior sea constante. No es recomendable para personas con sueño fragil o que no puedan dormir con ruido. El trato con el propietario fue correcto en todo momento. 

It was all right. Only the pub, which is located below the apartment, was somewhat noisy.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Nur die Kneipe, die sich unter der Wohnung befindet, war etwas laut.

contact on-site was professionnel.le housing does not match the picture... darker bcp!You can open the task pane because the window does not close!In addition it is located above a noisy bar and very smoky!on the other hand, its location is ideal because in Center City and accessible means of transport.

le contact sur place a été professionnel.le logement ne correspond pas à la photo...bcp plus sombre!!On ne peut ouvrir le volet car la fenetre ne se ferme pas!!!de plus il est situé au dessus d'un bar très bruyant et très enfummé!!!!en revanche sa localisation est idéale car en plein centre ville et accessible au moyens de transport.

Would be a good location except for the noisy bar and loud patrons soliciting prostitutes throughout the entire night which made sleeping difficult. Besides that,loved the apartment and proximity to everything else in this beautiful city of Barcelona.

The apartment is reasonable, not super for the price of the stay on and therefore better for a group of young people for a family. Otherwise the area is nice and clean apartment

Pour le prix du séjour l'appartement est raisonable, pas super sur et donc meilleur pour un groupe de jeunes que pour une famille. Sinon le quartier est sympa et l'appartement propre

Everything was very well apart the fact that missing a few essentially as a colander kitchen accessories and the remote did not work despite the fact that the batteries have been changed. Otherwise all was well, the person of contact us even let earlier.

Tout était très bien apart le fait qu'il manquait quelques accessoires essentiellement de cuisine comme une passoire et la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas malgré le fait que les piles ont été changées. Sinon tout était bien, la personne de contacte nous a même laissé entrer plus tôt.

Le propriétaire confirme avoir révisé l’équipement de l’appartement et garantit qu’il dispose d’une passoire. De même, il nous informe avoir acheté une nouvelle télévision avec la commande respective.

A very good home. local contact, not sparing of information, very nice apartment but he must accept the warm side of the neighbourhood (music latino bar etc) but good we are not going to barcelona to relax in a very well located apartment that said, then yes I recommend the staff and locationfred broman

très bon accueil d'A. le contact local,pas avare de renseignement, appartement très sympathique mais il faut accepter le côté chaud du quartier(musique latino du bar etc)mais bon on ne va pas à barcelona pour se reposer dans un appart très bien situé ceci dit, alors oui je recommande le staff et la location fred broman

Only problem with this apartment noise at night from the bar of below. But I think the price is adapting a ca car great apartment and very well located in Barcelona.

Seul problème de cette appartement le bruit la nuit du au bars d'en dessous. Mais je pense que le prix est adapter a ca car appartement génial et tres bien situé dans barcelone.
