This is a very comfortable apartment and an ideal place to enjoy a hassle-free holiday in Barcelona.
Recently renovated (July 2010), this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to its three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed in and the third with a single bed.
The bedrooms have wooden floors and the apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, both with showers.
The spacious and bright living/ dinning room has a glass table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, internet connection, air conditioning and heating.
It is located in a central and quiet, top location. In just a few minutes you will be able to reach the famous Passeo de Gracia, with its famed Gaudi buildings: Casa Battló and La Pedrera. The Passeo de Gracia leads onto the well-known Plaza Catalunya and then to the Ramblas.

Apart from this cost, for every check-in made during the day 24, 25 , 26, 31st of december and the 1st of January will have an additional cost of 30€

This was a very well priced appartment. Three bedrooms and a kitchen were ideal for our stay of one week (2 adults and 2 children). The bathroom does not smell so bad (as noted in some previous reviews) but there was some noise from neighbours. This is not a sound proofed appartment. Having said this, many appartments around the world have noise issues with neighbours so this is not a unique issue here. At times the hot water in the main shower was a little temperamental too. These small issues aside, you get what you pay for and we were satisfied with the price-quality bargain of this appartment.

El alojamiento está en muy buenas condiciones, está renovado, bastante limpio, cómodo y en buena situación. El único inconveniente es que cuando los vecinos se duchan o hacen algo de ruido parce que es en el propio piso y te puedes dar un susto. Las personas que nos han atendido ya sea al contactar como en la entrega del piso fue excelente, fueron muy puntuales a la hora de la entrega, nos informaron muy bien sobre todo lo referente a actividades y zonas a visitar . EXCELENTE

7/10 Appartement très satisfaisant, collant bien a la description faite sur le site. Manque de quelques ustensiles pour être encore plus fonctionnel (savon, passoire). Personne de contact très sympa, qui n'a pas hésité a nous fournir des conseils pour les visites ainsi que des itinéraires. La salle de bain n°2 est très petite mais en général, le logement était de très bonne qualité.

el alojamiento estaba bien , pero el bano tenia olor a alcantarilla todo el tiempo y la persona de contacto llego 30 minutos tarde y a la salida llego en una hora no acordada

Im Hauptbadezimmer ist ein starker beißender Gestank wahrscheinlich von der Kanalisation. Dieser ist auch im großen Schlafzimmer da dieses angrenzt. Da helfen auch Duftspender nicht. Ansonsten gut mit Ikea eingerichtet.

La personne de contact a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre plus de deux heures à l'appartement parceque notre vol à été annulé et elle návait pas été prévenue. Sinon, tout s'est bien passé, on repassera par vous pour une prochaine reservation. nous avons appelé deux fois le service clientèle pour prévenir que notre vol été annulé et que nous aurions du retard, personne ná passé le message au propriétaire qui a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre.
