This is a very comfortable apartment and an ideal place to enjoy a hassle-free holiday in Barcelona.
Recently renovated (July 2010), this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to its three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed in and the third with a single bed.
The bedrooms have wooden floors and the apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, both with showers.
The spacious and bright living/ dinning room has a glass table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, internet connection, air conditioning and heating.
It is located in a central and quiet, top location. In just a few minutes you will be able to reach the famous Passeo de Gracia, with its famed Gaudi buildings: Casa Battló and La Pedrera. The Passeo de Gracia leads onto the well-known Plaza Catalunya and then to the Ramblas.
Many underground and bus lines stops near the apartment.

Extras
Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00.
Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€. Furthermore, check-in on the 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st December, and the 1st January will incur an additional charge of 30€ (these charges are cumulative).
Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
An extra cleaning service during your stay including a change of sheets and towels is available. Please consult with the owner for information about prices and times once you have made your reservation.

L'appartement est très bien situé et assez central pour visiter à pied ou en métro les différents sites touristiques de Barcelone. Il est suffisamment grand pour une famille de 4-5 personnes et donne sur une cour intérieure à l'abri des bruits de la rue. Les photos du site sont fidèles à ...la réalité. Il y a quelques points négatifs qui sont l'absence d'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus dont les occupants sont plutôt bruyants le soir, une très forte odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain attenante à la chambre et un manque d'équipement de base dans la cuisine. Et contrairement à la description il n'y a pas de grille pain ni de sèche-linge.

Well located and comfortable. If I have to go back to Barcelona, I would rent the same apartment. By putting some glues, one of the bathrooms smelled quite musty.

Simple and adequate housing. However, some renovations would be performed again. Ensure that the apartment for at least 4 people is intended, the basic equipment is bad. It lacks such as the sufficient glasses and cups and small spoons. all in all, it was however a nice stay.
Einfache und ausreichende Wohnung. Allerdings müssten mal wieder einige Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Dafür, dass die Wohnung für mind. 4 Personen gedacht ist, ist die Grundausstattung schlecht. Es fehlen zum Beispiel ausreichend Gläser und Tassen sowie kleine Löffel. Alles in allem war es jedoch ein schöner Aufenthalt.
